Let's take a lot of people at the

Speaker:consciousness?
Speaker:Okay, beautiful.

Speaker:It's nice to be in your channel
Speaker:again.
Speaker:Consciousness is a very interesting
Speaker:topic, right?
Speaker:So it is very relevant for people
Speaker:to understand.
Speaker:Human beings always go around
Speaker:with every emotions or physical
Speaker:pain or conditions that they have
Speaker:not understanding.
Speaker:They're trying to repair something
Speaker:from one level, not understanding
Speaker:this another, few more bodies
Speaker:that need they need to work with.
Speaker:So if they understand the meaning of
Speaker:the consciousness and that together
Speaker:with the consciousness, the five
Speaker:bodies of consciousness, they will
Speaker:have a much better scope
Speaker:when they are dealing with any
Speaker:emotions or physical pain
Speaker:or even spiritual
Speaker:healing that they might require.
Speaker:So the word
Speaker:consciousness, it's like, is
Speaker:a very much important
Speaker:and intricate chapter
Speaker:and topic in my workshop.
Speaker:The first thing I always start with
Speaker:in my workshop is teaching people
Speaker:about consciousness, what it really
Speaker:means.
Speaker:Does it kind of make sense?
Speaker:Yeah, I love that.
Speaker:And so many people that
Speaker:watch my channel, they're really on
Speaker:their own personal healing
Speaker:journey, their own personal journey
Speaker:to really live the best life
Speaker:possible. And we know this is going
Speaker:to really help you all today.
Speaker:So before we delve in a bit deeper,
Speaker:tell us a little bit about sacred
Speaker:geometry and how that helps you
Speaker:read where people's blockages are.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:On a personal level, sacred geometry
Speaker:is something that is
Speaker:something natural for me, is not
Speaker:something I started or it's
Speaker:something in.
Speaker:It's something that I have naturally
Speaker:inherited.
Speaker:So sacred geometry.
Speaker:When you're looking at any universal
Speaker:scope, it's actually a measurement
Speaker:of the universe, like our body,
Speaker:the universe, the space,
Speaker:the living, the nature, everything
Speaker:has got a specific measurement.
Speaker:And sacred geometry kind
Speaker:of gives us this experience by
Speaker:having the measurements for that
Speaker:experience.
Speaker:Until we complete the experience,
Speaker:we can't move on to the next one.
Speaker:So that's how sacred geometry
Speaker:relates to one another and that's
Speaker:how it works.
Speaker:And when I'm working with someone,
Speaker:it's always about understanding
Speaker:where are they holding the sacred
Speaker:geometry in which separate geometry
Speaker:is intrigued, or which sacred
Speaker:geometry is not active
Speaker:at all. So I observe all these
Speaker:things and I try to align someone
Speaker:from from whatever
Speaker:experiences they are going through.
Speaker:Not necessarily have to be blockages
Speaker:might be something they want to
Speaker:move forward with, but they're
Speaker:moving forward without
Speaker:understanding.
Speaker:They have not finished their path.
Speaker:So sacred geometry
Speaker:kind of gives me every information
Speaker:about the individual, whether it's
Speaker:the past or the future or the
Speaker:present, where's the core
Speaker:of the elements?
Speaker:And I start working from that space.
Speaker:Does it explain it?
Speaker:Yeah, love it.
Speaker:And I've been working with Nirmala
Speaker:and what I love is that
Speaker:it's beautiful to have this
Speaker:different perspective and just some
Speaker:people can read energy fields
Speaker:and, you know, we're all
Speaker:emitting energy.
Speaker:We're all... We've all got our own
Speaker:unique sacred geometry.
Speaker:And the more we understand about
Speaker:ourselves, the more we can really
Speaker:move forward in areas of life,

Speaker:So consciousness is something that

Speaker:today what the five bodies
Speaker:of consciousness are and
Speaker:how understanding that can
Speaker:really help us identify
Speaker:where there's blockages, where
Speaker:there's areas we need to clear, etc.
Speaker:in our lives.

Speaker:Where do you want to start with
Speaker:that?
Speaker:Okay, maybe I will start with
Speaker:explaining consciousness first.
Speaker:It's like I'm running a mini
Speaker:workshop here with Catherine and her
Speaker:audience. Okay, so let's start
Speaker:with consciousness first, all right?
Speaker:So when I say
Speaker:consciousness, it's
Speaker:consciousness is a multi dimensional
Speaker:and illusive, which encompasses
Speaker:our awareness, right?
Speaker:It's a subjective experience
Speaker:and ability to perceive,
Speaker:think and feel that is
Speaker:consciousness.
Speaker:It is the essence of our
Speaker:being, the very core of
Speaker:our existence.
Speaker:All right. Just imagine
Speaker:it is like a radio receiver.
Speaker:It tunes into different frequency
Speaker:of thoughts and emotions and
Speaker:sensation, allowing
Speaker:us to tune in and engage
Speaker:with our inner and outer world.
Speaker:So that is consciousness.
Speaker:Now, it doesn't stop there with
Speaker:consciousness.
Speaker:At the most basic level,
Speaker:consciousness refers to the state
Speaker:of being awake
Speaker:and aware of our surroundings.
Speaker:And that's what we meant by
Speaker:awakening.
Speaker:Whenever we say the word awakening,
Speaker:that's what it means.
Speaker:You know, the state of being awake,
Speaker:no longer sleeping.
Speaker:We are awake and aware of our
Speaker:surroundings.
Speaker:And when you really look at the core
Speaker:of consciousness, it.
Speaker:Allows us to have
Speaker:a sense of self
Speaker:to
Speaker:recognise our individuality
Speaker:and our uniqueness.
Speaker:It enables us to experience
Speaker:the world through
Speaker:like watching, you know,
Speaker:like through a mirror
Speaker:where you are able to see and
Speaker:feel your senses.
Speaker:You are able to perceive the
Speaker:colours, the sounds, the textures,
Speaker:the taste, and that
Speaker:anything that surrounds you.
Speaker:So it grants us the ability
Speaker:to reflect upon
Speaker:our thoughts, to be aware of our
Speaker:emotions, and to make choices
Speaker:that shape our lives.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:As I said, there's a few
Speaker:that if I go into the topic of
Speaker:consciousness itself is huge.
Speaker:So I'm just breaking it down from
Speaker:how I do it for my workshop.
Speaker:So consciousness is not
Speaker:limited to our personal experience
Speaker:alone. It is a universal
Speaker:phenomena that connects
Speaker:all living beings.
Speaker:All right. So animals as
Speaker:consciousness, nature as
Speaker:consciousness, everything around
Speaker:us is consciousness.
Speaker:It is the essence of how...
Speaker:how do i put it...
Speaker:Okay. It is the essence of our
Speaker:shared experiences,
Speaker:humanity, the common ground, which
Speaker:we tend to empathise,
Speaker:we connect, we understand one
Speaker:another.
Speaker:It is all through consciousness that
Speaker:we are able to form relationships,
Speaker:share love, compassion,
Speaker:and be engaged in the collective
Speaker:human experience.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So imagine consciousness
Speaker:as a radiant light that
Speaker:illuminates and interacts with the
Speaker:five different bodies.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:Each representing a unique aspect
Speaker:of our being.
Speaker:All right. So the concept of
Speaker:the five bodies of consciousness
Speaker:provide a framework of
Speaker:understanding the various dimensions
Speaker:of our being.
Speaker:All right. Most of us will think
Speaker:that we are just this physical body.
Speaker:You know, maybe they pushed a
Speaker:little bit further. They think we
Speaker:also have a mental body, but
Speaker:actually we got five bodies of
Speaker:consciousness, and each
Speaker:body represents a different
Speaker:level aspect of consciousness
Speaker:contributing to our overall
Speaker:well-being and transformative
Speaker:journey.
Speaker:If we are trying to correct one body
Speaker:and not the other, we are not
Speaker:going to go anywhere.
Speaker:We are still going to struggle.
Speaker:Yes, we might get a little bit
Speaker:better, but not completely
Speaker:recovering from the state that we
Speaker:are in.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So let me explain a little bit about
Speaker:the five bodies of consciousness.
Speaker:All right. So we got our physical
Speaker:body. All right.
Speaker:So physical body is tangible.
Speaker:All right. It's tangible
Speaker:manifestation of consciousness.
Speaker:Right. So it is it is coming
Speaker:from the physical realm.
Speaker:Okay. It houses all consciousness
Speaker:and provides a vehicle
Speaker:for us to interact with
Speaker:the material while taking care of
Speaker:our physical body is also
Speaker:a vital for overall well-being
Speaker:and supports our journey.
Speaker:Right. So it's a physical body, so
Speaker:it's like a matter that you're
Speaker:looking at.
Speaker:So the concept of the physical body
Speaker:of consciousness suggests
Speaker:that our physical body are
Speaker:not just a collective,
Speaker:not a collection of biological
Speaker:and chemical processes, but
Speaker:that they are also intimately
Speaker:connected to our
Speaker:consciousness and our sense of
Speaker:self.
Speaker:All right. So when you say I,
Speaker:you are kind of projecting
Speaker:your physical body, your physical
Speaker:self, and then where you say, That's
Speaker:me, it's I yeah,
Speaker:the physical body is made up both
Speaker:of matter and energy.
Speaker:It cannot exist without one
Speaker:or the other.
Speaker:Okay. The matter and energy.
Speaker:So and it is a reflection
Speaker:of a copy of our astral
Speaker:body and our subtle body.
Speaker:Okay, so the physical body is
Speaker:subject to decay and
Speaker:death.
Speaker:So that's the physical body.
Speaker:All right. So it's got a lifespan.
Speaker:It's got expiry date,
Speaker:right? It's made up of
Speaker:a material substance that have
Speaker:a limited lifespan.
Speaker:Okay. However, it is also
Speaker:dependent on the life force
Speaker:of an energy that
Speaker:flows through it.
Speaker:Which is what gives the vitality
Speaker:and sustains its functions.
Speaker:So where is this vitality we are
Speaker:talking about when we say
Speaker:our force is depleted or we
Speaker:are blocked or our physical body is
Speaker:dysfunctional.
Speaker:Illness and disease is not
Speaker:just the physical body, just
Speaker:two inches away from our physical
Speaker:body, we have the vital
Speaker:body.
Speaker:Okay, So this vital body
Speaker:is non-local and
Speaker:it's an energetic aspect
Speaker:of consciousness, right?
Speaker:It encompasses the life force
Speaker:energies that flow
Speaker:through us, giving us vitality
Speaker:and nourishing our physical body.
Speaker:Yep. So this vital body
Speaker:of consciousness refers to a subtle
Speaker:body which is non-local,
Speaker:which we can't see, it's invisible,
Speaker:that exists beyond the physical
Speaker:body.
Speaker:Okay. So the meaning it exists
Speaker:outside space and time.
Speaker:How interesting is that beyond the
Speaker:3D world?
Speaker:Yeah, existing in space and time.
Speaker:But this
Speaker:non-local body, two inches
Speaker:away from your physical body,
Speaker:it doesn't exist.
Speaker:It exists outside the space
Speaker:and time.
Speaker:All right. And it's not limited
Speaker:by the physical laws.
Speaker:It doesn't abide by the physical
Speaker:laws at all.
Speaker:And it's not governed by our
Speaker:material world.
Speaker:So you-.
Speaker:Can I ask a question about that
Speaker:please?
Speaker:Yes. Yes, of course.
Speaker:This vital body,
Speaker:is this part of what they're
Speaker:measuring now when they use
Speaker:machines? I can't remember what they
Speaker:called, but there's machines that
Speaker:can measure your brain wave
Speaker:that don't touch your head, that
Speaker:measure it out there.
Speaker:And we know that you can measure the
Speaker:heart resonance, for example.
Speaker:So is this part of what they're
Speaker:connecting in to
Speaker:it?
Speaker:It's kind of going by your
Speaker:heart resonance and all that.
Speaker:Yes, it's a vital body, but
Speaker:things like,
Speaker:you know, the patches that
Speaker:we use. Those are connecting to the
Speaker:vital body, even though you're
Speaker:putting it on your physical body,
Speaker:you know, those patches is
Speaker:actually... It's taking information
Speaker:from the vital body and connecting
Speaker:it through to the physical body.
Speaker:That's the reason the vital body
Speaker:is responsible for nourishing and
Speaker:sustaining the physical body.
Speaker:And how it does it is by
Speaker:connecting to your energy centres.
Speaker:So where is your energy centres?
Speaker:Two inches away from your body.
Speaker:It's in the vital body.
Speaker:Yeah. And the chakras, the
Speaker:meridians, the acupuncture points.
Speaker:All right. So all these are in
Speaker:your vital body.
Speaker:All right. It correlate with the
Speaker:vital organs and the sense
Speaker:of the body, including your breath,
Speaker:is also part of your vital
Speaker:body.
Speaker:Yeah. How interesting is that?
Speaker:Nobody knew. Every time I say in the
Speaker:classroom, you know, your breath is
Speaker:not from a physical body.
Speaker:It's actually from your vital body.
Speaker:Everybody goes, Oh, really?
Speaker:You know, everybody's surprised.
Speaker:But that's how it is, right?
Speaker:What are your vital organs, your
Speaker:liver, your kidney, your lungs?
Speaker:All of these are vital organs.
Speaker:And who is in charge?
Speaker:Your vital body.
Speaker:There's a reason they're called
Speaker:vital organs.
Speaker:When you have something...
Speaker:Some issues in this kind
Speaker:of situations or conditions in these
Speaker:vital organs, where's the first
Speaker:repair work has to come from?
Speaker:Vital body.
Speaker:People tend to start working from a
Speaker:physical body, but you've already
Speaker:done the damage.
Speaker:You have to go to your vital organs
Speaker:to do what is necessary to
Speaker:get... Claim back that order
Speaker:into your physical body.
Speaker:Yep.
Speaker:One thing i'd like us to do in a minute, when
Speaker:we've been through the five bodies
Speaker:is talk us through an example
Speaker:so we can understand how
Speaker:if someone's watching this today and
Speaker:say, for example, they've got a
Speaker:physical issue, a physical challenge
Speaker:that they're dealing with and what
Speaker:they're what they're doing
Speaker:just doesn't seem to be hitting the
Speaker:spot, is it likely
Speaker:that they'd need to... They're going
Speaker:to look at- need to look at one of
Speaker:their other bodies, including the
Speaker:vital bodies, and say, right, okay,
Speaker:let's move to addressing that.
Speaker:Yes, of course.
Speaker:Yes, definitely.
Speaker:Yes.
Speaker:So I've kind of covered a little bit
Speaker:about the physical body, vital
Speaker:body, now two inches
Speaker:away from the vital body, I'm
Speaker:sorry, two inches away from the
Speaker:physical bodies, the vital body,
Speaker:and five inches away from the
Speaker:vital body is your mental
Speaker:body.
Speaker:All right, so this mental
Speaker:body, is that real of your thoughts?
Speaker:Your actual thoughts come from such
Speaker:far away.
Speaker:But that's the first thing that
Speaker:creates all the problems in your
Speaker:physical body, you
Speaker:know? So how interesting is that?
Speaker:It's a is the furthest but
Speaker:that's the body creates a lot of
Speaker:things in your body.
Speaker:Yeah. So your beliefs,
Speaker:your cognitive process,
Speaker:you know, the shapes of your
Speaker:perception, the influences,
Speaker:the behaviour, it plays
Speaker:a very significant, significant
Speaker:role in, in your transformation
Speaker:journey, your mental body.
Speaker:All right. So the mental body
Speaker:is another aspect of the concept
Speaker:of the consciousness.
Speaker:It is it is a subtle body.
Speaker:Again, it's non-local that
Speaker:doesn't exist beyond the physical
Speaker:body and is responsible
Speaker:for every parts and we
Speaker:beliefs and intentions we create.
Speaker:So this is the mental body and how
Speaker:far this away from the physical
Speaker:body? About six or seven inches
Speaker:away from your physical body.
Speaker:It passes everything- in between
Speaker:there's the vital body that takes
Speaker:care. We have to pass through that
Speaker:to get information, but we pick
Speaker:up everything from the mental body
Speaker:and we load it into our physical
Speaker:body so quickly.
Speaker:So the mental body is
Speaker:like an antenna receptor that
Speaker:receives and transmit
Speaker:information as thoughts, intentions
Speaker:that we are creating it.
Speaker:Right? So this is where everything
Speaker:gets a bit interesting.
Speaker:Can I just point out- correct me
Speaker:if I'm wrong because I'm loving
Speaker:this, but my mind's going
Speaker:off in all these different...
Speaker:My mental body is pulling all these
Speaker:connections in together.
Speaker:So if we think of our mental body
Speaker:as like an antenna, then
Speaker:we can see that...
Speaker:Let's just make this YouTube
Speaker:friendly... That external forces
Speaker:could affect the influences
Speaker:and the information coming in to our
Speaker:mental body very, very easily.
Speaker:Yes,
Speaker:so the mental body takes everything
Speaker:from the surrounding environment.
Speaker:It goes, you know, one person
Speaker:sees it, you know, you don't pay
Speaker:attention. Two person say, you start
Speaker:turning your head.
Speaker:Three person say and it's all the
Speaker:way in. The fourth, fifth, they
Speaker:are already in there.
Speaker:Even though it's not happening in
Speaker:their ground. They become that.
Speaker:They become the fear.
Speaker:They become everything that is
Speaker:being influenced from that record.
Speaker:And this is where the mental body
Speaker:takes everything.
Speaker:Okay, you're very right.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:So now the next
Speaker:two bodies that I'm going to talk
Speaker:about is the most two important
Speaker:bodies, right?
Speaker:Not that the others are not, the
Speaker:others are very important.
Speaker:What I meant is the next two bodies
Speaker:are the ones that we need to pay
Speaker:attention to.
Speaker:So we talk, we spoke
Speaker:about the physical body two inches
Speaker:away is the vital body, another
Speaker:five inches away is the mental body.
Speaker:And then we get about six
Speaker:inches away.
Speaker:We got the supra mental body
Speaker:or they call it...
Speaker:Some call it
Speaker:the divine body, right?
Speaker:But I like to call it supra mental
Speaker:body, because after that comes the
Speaker:spiritual body.
Speaker:Okay. The supra
Speaker:mental body of consciousness
Speaker:represents a higher level
Speaker:of consciousness.
Speaker:Right?
Speaker:It transcends the
Speaker:limitations of the mind.
Speaker:All right. It allows for expanded
Speaker:awareness, intuition
Speaker:and spiritual insights.
Speaker:The supra mental body of
Speaker:consciousness refer as
Speaker:the non-local, again, is a subtle
Speaker:body that does that exist
Speaker:beyond the physical body and mind.
Speaker:It exists beyond the physical
Speaker:body and mind.
Speaker:All right. It is safe
Speaker:to separate itself from physical
Speaker:mind, though
Speaker:it remains connected to the life
Speaker:force of all the physical body.
Speaker:So it doesn't take information
Speaker:from this level.
Speaker:It can only take information from
Speaker:that level.
Speaker:That means, just like I study the
Speaker:receptor, it only takes information
Speaker:from the highest frequency.
Speaker:Okay, So when I'm
Speaker:working in sacred geometry and
Speaker:I'm working with someone, I always
Speaker:ask them to take the information
Speaker:from a supra mental body,
Speaker:not from the surrounding, not from
Speaker:the environment.
Speaker:All right. And that's a technique of
Speaker:doing it as well.
Speaker:Yet how you're going to access the
Speaker:information from a supra mental
Speaker:body.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So one of it is the meditation.
Speaker:All right. The other things-
Speaker:practice, spiritual practices
Speaker:that we do.
Speaker:All right. So we tend to step away
Speaker:and becoming a witness to everything
Speaker:that's happening around us and then
Speaker:consciously making choices
Speaker:and decisions based on picking
Speaker:information from higher frequency
Speaker:than from the lower frequency.
Speaker:Does it make sense?
Speaker:It makes real sense.
Speaker:And again, I'm smiling because I'm
Speaker:making all these connections as
Speaker:you're talking Nirmala.
Speaker:So any of this, I know a lot of my
Speaker:listeners are really keen on the Joe

Speaker:know, everybody might not
Speaker:be in the highest frequency, but
Speaker:we just need two people in the
Speaker:huge group to be in the highest
Speaker:frequency. That influences
Speaker:everybody.
Speaker:And it's like the silver thread.
Speaker:Everybody's been pulled up together.
Speaker:Yeah.
Speaker:So there are different practices to
Speaker:accept as a supra mental body.
Speaker:Now, as I said, that the
Speaker:supplemental body is considered
Speaker:as the highest I mean, it's the
Speaker:highest feel of intuitive and
Speaker:psychic mind.
Speaker:Anybody is very psychic.
Speaker:They're very empathic and they can
Speaker:understand things and they see
Speaker:before or they can see things
Speaker:or hear things that's in
Speaker:a very in this level, people
Speaker:can't do what humans can't do.
Speaker:It means they are
Speaker:most of the time accessing
Speaker:information from the supra mental
Speaker:body.
Speaker:Right. They're pulling it from the
Speaker:above. Yeah.
Speaker:It is associated with the highest
Speaker:levels of consciousness and is
Speaker:believed to be the source
Speaker:of the spiritual insight and
Speaker:enlightenment.
Speaker:Okay.
Speaker:So the supra mental body assisting
Speaker:the transition of the human
Speaker:consciousness by providing
Speaker:access to the highest level
Speaker:of awareness and understanding.
Speaker:All right. So when they say
Speaker:awakening you are at this level,
Speaker:when you go into the specific
Speaker:awareness, you had that level?
Speaker:Yep. So
Speaker:now this is the last one is the most
Speaker:important one. There's more bodies,
Speaker:but I'm trying to do the basic
Speaker:the five basics.
Speaker:Right. So as far
Speaker:as your fingers, fingertips can go
Speaker:as far as you can reach your
Speaker:fingertip, that's where your
Speaker:spiritual body of consciousness.
Speaker:It's right
Speaker:there. Yes.
Speaker:So if you were to look at the human
Speaker:body with the rays of light,
Speaker:layers and layers and layers, as
Speaker:far as your fingertip can go,
Speaker:at the end of the fingertip is where
Speaker:the spiritual body lies.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So the spiritual body
Speaker:of consciousness.
Speaker:Represents the highest levels
Speaker:of our being and
Speaker:is also symbolise our connection to
Speaker:the divine and
Speaker:to the other divine
Speaker:realms as well.
Speaker:So once you reach that point,
Speaker:you are existing in the higher
Speaker:dimensions.
Speaker:You are able to exist.
Speaker:You are able to go in and
Speaker:out of the higher realm.
Speaker:So the spiritual body of
Speaker:consciousness refers to again, it's
Speaker:a non-local, it's a subtle body.
Speaker:And it doesn't exist
Speaker:beyond the physical body and mind,
Speaker:like the other non-local bodies.
Speaker:It is considered to be the supreme
Speaker:energy that connects
Speaker:us to our highest level
Speaker:of the divine.
Speaker:Okay, so the spiritual body
Speaker:is often described as the
Speaker:powerhouse.
Speaker:Okay. This is where the switch on
Speaker:and switch off is.
Speaker:That's the powerhouse.
Speaker:It flows energy to the
Speaker:other light bodies of consciousness.
Speaker:Okay. Such is the mental, vital and
Speaker:physical bodies that I spoke about
Speaker:earlier.
Speaker:So if you need to make a decision,
Speaker:if you want information, always
Speaker:go to the right to the top
Speaker:and then bring it downward.
Speaker:In my workshop, I
Speaker:go through this process and I teach
Speaker:my students as this is the downward
Speaker:position.
Speaker:Everything coming from a downward
Speaker:space is downward causation.
Speaker:When I was doing my PhD in Dr. Amit

Speaker:He talks a lot about downward
Speaker:position, right?
Speaker:It is said that the
Speaker:spiritual body of consciousness,
Speaker:radiates the blueprint
Speaker:of the original DNA
Speaker:of the universe, and it brings
Speaker:everything from the universe
Speaker:downwards.
Speaker:So the information you require.
Speaker:Don't- if you if you can practice
Speaker:to take it all the way from the
Speaker:universe, that means asking the
Speaker:universal father for information
Speaker:and then sending it up
Speaker:and take the information downward
Speaker:and it comes to the spiritual
Speaker:body and then the supra mental
Speaker:body becomes the bridge.
Speaker:It goes down, it completely
Speaker:vanishes the mental body
Speaker:declutters the mental body and push
Speaker:this divine energy through
Speaker:and bring it to your physical body.
Speaker:Does it make sense?
Speaker:It does.
Speaker:It absolutely does.
Speaker:Now, can I ask a few questions?
Speaker:Because you've been talking about
Speaker:how far away these are.
Speaker:Will that vary for different people.
Speaker:So let me give you an example.
Speaker:So we know...
Speaker:Most of us can feel, and animals
Speaker:can always feel when
Speaker:someone's
Speaker:vitality, when their energy
Speaker:level, is very low
Speaker:and it's almost like everything is
Speaker:contracting in on them.
Speaker:And there's also the
Speaker:aura field that people can see.
Speaker:And there's things that we can do.
Speaker:For example, when we meditate and
Speaker:other spiritual practices,
Speaker:we can visibly increase
Speaker:our aura.
Speaker:So do these sort of things affect...
Speaker:Is those energy fields
Speaker:movable in terms of if you're giving
Speaker:them like the space of our arms?
Speaker:But is that an absolute
Speaker:or are there ways where
Speaker:people can expand that?
Speaker:And is that something you would want
Speaker:to do.
Speaker:Okay the spiritual body within
Speaker:these bodies of consciousness
Speaker:and that's where it's standing.
Speaker:But you can vibrate that energy as
Speaker:far as you can, you can vibrate
Speaker:energies- you can move it as far as
Speaker:you can. So once your intentions are
Speaker:clear, you can expand that
Speaker:light as more, as
Speaker:far you can expand wherever you
Speaker:want it.
Speaker:Yeah. Okay.
Speaker:That makes sense.
Speaker:Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker:So it is plays a critical
Speaker:role in our spiritual development
Speaker:and our growth.
Speaker:It is that through the spiritual
Speaker:body that we are able to connect
Speaker:with our highest source and
Speaker:the divine and access to higher
Speaker:levels of consciousness and
Speaker:awareness.
Speaker:And then if you are making decisions
Speaker:based on your physical body
Speaker:or your mental body or your vital
Speaker:body, if you're making the
Speaker:decisions and
Speaker:taking information from up and you
Speaker:bring it down, you are getting
Speaker:the right concrete answers.
Speaker:That's how I look at it.
Speaker:Okay, so can we take it through a
Speaker:practical example just to try
Speaker:and make it really real for people
Speaker:listening?
Speaker:So say someone's got a physical
Speaker:disease, you know,
Speaker:a physical disease that they're
Speaker:working on and
Speaker:they want to they're the type of
Speaker:person that believes that
Speaker:they have the power to heal
Speaker:themselves. They might not want to
Speaker:go, for example, down the
Speaker:conventional road.
Speaker:If what they're doing is not
Speaker:working.
Speaker:How would some of the work that you
Speaker:do take them to their different
Speaker:bodies of consciousness to
Speaker:understand where
Speaker:they need to be working and how
Speaker:they could do that to resolve that
Speaker:particular issue?
Speaker:Okay, So if someone
Speaker:is coming
Speaker:for a session, that's completely
Speaker:different because I'll be working
Speaker:with them and then I'll become
Speaker:the conduit in that space
Speaker:to bring them into that space, and
Speaker:then I'll allow them to see
Speaker:themselves in that space.
Speaker:That is, that is how I work with
Speaker:them, because the sacred geometry
Speaker:will be completely in communication
Speaker:with me. And I know
Speaker:they are unable to see what they're
Speaker:supposed to see. So my work becomes
Speaker:to make it aware for them.
Speaker:So to kind of widen the awareness
Speaker:so they can see it for themselves.
Speaker:All right. So if they are kind of
Speaker:doing it for themselves, safe
Speaker:example,
Speaker:the conventional
Speaker:method is always useful.
Speaker:If you chop your fingers, you know
Speaker:something's broken, you want to put
Speaker:things together.
Speaker:All right. So and then before
Speaker:going to conventional, a lot of
Speaker:people want to try things on their
Speaker:own.
Speaker:Yeah. So to see whether
Speaker:they can work it out, you know, a
Speaker:lot of methods has worked in that
Speaker:way.
Speaker:So. So, for example, it is a
Speaker:specific condition and then they
Speaker:want to do it in that way.
Speaker:Even simple things like migraine,
Speaker:people who struggle with migraine
Speaker:all the time. I use to struggle with
Speaker:migraine all the time.
Speaker:Yeah. So meditation
Speaker:kind of switched on
Speaker:and switched off certain things in
Speaker:my body where I thought it was a
Speaker:physical issue for me.
Speaker:From the age of 16
Speaker:I used to struggle with migraines.
Speaker:And I thought that it's something to
Speaker:do with my physical body.
Speaker:So I was working with my physical
Speaker:body even though my second geometry
Speaker:was telling me something else,
Speaker:I was very much influenced by my
Speaker:mental body.
Speaker:I always said these are the things I
Speaker:need to do so I can get rid of my
Speaker:migraine.
Speaker:But it didn't work.
Speaker:At one point I did
Speaker:make an effort to go
Speaker:out to the supreme, like
Speaker:completely meditating, bringing my
Speaker:focus and bringing the light as far
Speaker:as I can to all the way
Speaker:to the spiritual realm, and
Speaker:then sitting down there and
Speaker:completely decluttering whatever was
Speaker:not necessary.
Speaker:Yeah. So the more light I
Speaker:brought into my self, I saw
Speaker:it in myself that
Speaker:I kind of reduced...
Speaker:The first week it reduced every
Speaker:week. I used to struggle, right?
Speaker:So it became minimised
Speaker:and minimised my in my own
Speaker:conditioning.
Speaker:And then after that, I didn't have
Speaker:that problem ever.
Speaker:It's
Speaker:been how many years since I
Speaker:haven't... I have ever had a
Speaker:migraine.
Speaker:So this is where I'm saying
Speaker:you can switch on and switch off.
Speaker:The minute you switch on from the
Speaker:higher realm, what happens
Speaker:is that the light that's coming from
Speaker:the above does amend
Speaker:lot of things.
Speaker:And sometimes it's not...
Speaker:it's not that you're not doing it
Speaker:right, it's just that you're doing
Speaker:it with a lot of doubt.
Speaker:You
Speaker:go in, you're meditating.
Speaker:I don't want this condition.
Speaker:You know, you're sending gratitude,
Speaker:you're sending love, you're asking
Speaker:for forgiveness.
Speaker:You're doing everything right.
Speaker:Yeah, you're listening to
Speaker:meditation.
Speaker:But the back of your mind,
Speaker:you are still conditioned
Speaker:to doubt because
Speaker:the mental body is playing a very
Speaker:important part in that it keeps
Speaker:throwing and replaying
Speaker:this happened to you.
Speaker:This is not going to go forever.
Speaker:It's still going to stay
Speaker:without knowing you're falling
Speaker:back into your mental body.
Speaker:All right.
Speaker:So releasing and decluttering
Speaker:is only going to happen
Speaker:when you're very much clear
Speaker:that you're moving into that path
Speaker:and you're seeing yourself healthy
Speaker:and you're seeing yourself very
Speaker:positive and you're seeing yourself
Speaker:as a whole that you are completely
Speaker:healed. You have to recognise
Speaker:that even before it happens.
Speaker:And that's the only way the message
Speaker:goes to the universe.
Speaker:When you are doubting and you're
Speaker:asking
Speaker:"take my migraine away from me"
Speaker:and then you're asking someone for a
Speaker:request to remove the migraine away
Speaker:from you when you are feeling
Speaker:that you're holding to the migraine.
Speaker:Two different things.
Speaker:All right. When your intentions are
Speaker:very clear, when
Speaker:you're when you're sending the
Speaker:information up there in your
Speaker:mind, you're already very clear.
Speaker:You don't have that anymore.
Speaker:That means you're a new person.
Speaker:You are not struggling with that
Speaker:condition anymore.
Speaker:So your intention becomes very
Speaker:clear and then you play it.
Speaker:You keep replaying a picture
Speaker:that you're completely removed
Speaker:from this obstacle and you're moving
Speaker:forward.
Speaker:Without any doubt.
Speaker:So there is there
Speaker:is a way to do
Speaker:things as well.
Speaker:All right. So the way you're going
Speaker:to do it is by
Speaker:completely removing your physical
Speaker:and your mental body out of it,
Speaker:using the vital supra mental
Speaker:and your spiritual body to be
Speaker:aligned so it can help you to move
Speaker:forward.
Speaker:The physical pain, pull you back,
Speaker:the mental body talks you out of it.
Speaker:You have to remove these two bodies
Speaker:of consciousness to move into that
Speaker:field in that way.
Speaker:It needs practice, actually.
Speaker:All right. So you definitely have
Speaker:to go into practice to
Speaker:practice so that you can see
Speaker:yourself with the clear intention
Speaker:and you create it as
Speaker:if it has already happened.
Speaker:Does it make sense?
Speaker:Yes, it sort of does.
Speaker:So I see a lot
Speaker:of people, a lot of people
Speaker:where they have a very good
Speaker:awareness of things
Speaker:that might be holding them back.
Speaker:Let's take a lot of people at the
Speaker:moment that are caught
Speaker:in a state of worry and fear.
Speaker:So they recognise that they're
Speaker:caught in that state,
Speaker:yet they find it very, very
Speaker:hard to move themselves out
Speaker:of that because they've identified
Speaker:as being a person that
Speaker:worries a lot.
Speaker:They've identified as a person
Speaker:that's holding on to a lot of fear
Speaker:that can't let go of things.
Speaker:So what could someone who
Speaker:was caught in that state start to
Speaker:practically do?
Speaker:Because I agree is I-
Speaker:you know, this does take practice,
Speaker:but they want to be confident that
Speaker:they're practising in the right
Speaker:direction.
Speaker:That is going to help, if that makes
Speaker:sense, because there's so much
Speaker:information out there, isn't there?
Speaker:About do this, do that, etc..
Speaker:So much conflicting information.
Speaker:So, you know, worry or
Speaker:fear.
Speaker:If someone's caught in that state,
Speaker:what would be one of your first
Speaker:starting points for that?
Speaker:Okay. If someone who is always
Speaker:repeating and telling themself that
Speaker:they'd be worried.
Speaker:I mean, I mean, everybody worries.
Speaker:That's a human nature.
Speaker:We cannot say no to that.
Speaker:But the thing is that
Speaker:the first step is to minimise your
Speaker:worries. You have to declutter what
Speaker:you're going to worry about.
Speaker:Very important.
Speaker:What you're going to worry about,
Speaker:worrying about your son crossing the
Speaker:road or you're going to worry about
Speaker:their son is going to be safe.
Speaker:Two different things.
Speaker:You always, for example, if
Speaker:somebody's sending the son, a 12
Speaker:year old, you know, to school,
Speaker:always worried about how he's going
Speaker:to cross the road if they're going
Speaker:to get into accident.
Speaker:Is he going to get into an accident?
Speaker:What are you repeating again and
Speaker:again? This is your intention,
Speaker:watch your thoughts.
Speaker:Completely watch your thoughts, what
Speaker:you're saying to yourself all the
Speaker:time.
The way to practice it is:"My
The way to practice it is:son is safe.
The way to practice it is:I've allowed him because I
The way to practice it is:know the universe is looking after
The way to practice it is:him". So putting that
The way to practice it is:whole representation to something
The way to practice it is:that holds you very clear to the
The way to practice it is:divine, to the source, to the
The way to practice it is:universe, whatever you want to call
The way to practice it is:it.
The way to practice it is:Put everything and load it down
The way to practice it is:there and trust the journey.
The way to practice it is:And all you're going to say is that
