Episode 15

#15 Are We Being Hypnotised?

Mass Formation Psychosis, Collective Consciousness - How much are we really in control of our thoughts and how does this affect our reality?

In this Podcast with Danielle (The Single Truth podcast) & Nirmala from @sacredsciencepodcast, we have a roundtable discussion on these issues - do let us know what you think!

Key Takeaways:

  • Awareness is key - once you see it you can’t unsee it!
  • How sacred geometry can help us understand and make better decisions;
  • Hypnosis is not just an individual experience with things like hypnotherapy etc, it can happen on a collective level. Either on a large scale within countries, societies or on a smaller scale within families.
  • Mass Formations Psychosis / Collective consciousness are real!
  • When we’re aware of hypnosis, we are much better equipped to deal with it and step away from it.
  • We are all on our own individual journeys, but all of our purposes are the same: to evolve and to take our journey to the next step.
  • Hypnosis starts in childhood, and from 0-7 years old, we are in a brainwave state that makes us more susceptible to it - but most people do not realise as adults we are being constantly hypnotised by repetition in all media platforms & education;
  • Social media helps to hypnotise us because their algorithms show us information that we already agree with. This limits our opportunities to see different viewpoints from our own.
  • Inner work is important to this journey of awareness, moving away from responding reactively, and creating boundaries.
  • Understanding how we can take back control of our minds at an individual level is key.

Speaker:

Because, if you're not aware of

Speaker:

manipulation

Speaker:

as an adult, how we

Speaker:

are still continually being

Speaker:

hypnotised, it's very difficult

Speaker:

for you to then recognise and do

Speaker:

something about that.

Speaker:

In this podcast that you're just

Speaker:

about to hear, I was delighted to

Speaker:

be joined by two of my really good

Speaker:

friends, Nirmala and Danielle,

Speaker:

from The Single Truth podcast.

Speaker:

Now, in this episode we're talking

Speaker:

about are we as society

Speaker:

and as individuals being hypnotised.

Speaker:

What does that mean?

Speaker:

How does that link to creative

Speaker:

consciousness and mass formation

Speaker:

psychosis?

Speaker:

How do understanding

Speaker:

our boundaries, creating boundaries,

Speaker:

how can it help us through these

Speaker:

challenging times?

Speaker:

How a lot of these tools

Speaker:

can be used for the positive,

Speaker:

but they can equally be used as

Speaker:

controlling mechanisms.

Speaker:

So for me, this is a really

Speaker:

fascinating discussion that is

Speaker:

relevant to absolutely every single

Speaker:

one of us at this time.

Speaker:

I think the more we understand

Speaker:

and empower ourselves with

Speaker:

the knowledge of how human

Speaker:

behaviour, how mind control can

Speaker:

work,

Speaker:

then the awareness, the light

Speaker:

shines on that.

Speaker:

And when we have that awareness

Speaker:

it allows us to step out of a

Speaker:

reactive state into

Speaker:

a conscious state of choosing

Speaker:

how we want to respond

Speaker:

to everything and everything that's

Speaker:

going on in all reality.

Speaker:

So a lot covered in this episode.

Speaker:

I love this three way roundtable.

Speaker:

For me, it's a great way to get

Speaker:

different perspectives, different

Speaker:

examples, and different ways of

Speaker:

explaining things just from our

Speaker:

perspectives.

Speaker:

So I hope you find this as useful

Speaker:

as I did.

Speaker:

And most importantly, stay curious

Speaker:

and stay free.

Speaker:

I'm really happy to

Speaker:

be here. It's the evening in the UK.

Speaker:

It's very early for Nirmala

Speaker:

in Australia and Danielle

Speaker:

you're sort of in the middle of us.

Speaker:

So we are here today with

Speaker:

the lovely Danielle and Nirmala

Speaker:

from The Single Truth Podcast.

Speaker:

And obviously I'm Catherine from

Speaker:

the Live Love Learn podcast.

Speaker:

And we're going to be having a

Speaker:

really fascinating discussion

Speaker:

today on are we

Speaker:

being hypnotised and how that

Speaker:

links to boundaries.

Speaker:

But before we get stuck into that,

Speaker:

ladies, can I ask

Speaker:

you both just to give our listeners

Speaker:

from all the different podcasts that

Speaker:

we're broadcasting this on?

Speaker:

A little bit of introduction into

Speaker:

yourselves.

Speaker:

So should we start with you,

Speaker:

Danielle?

Speaker:

Sure, yeah.

Speaker:

My background's in biology, so I've

Speaker:

always been fascinated by the

Speaker:

physical body. And I had a

Speaker:

car accident ten years ago that

Speaker:

really awakened me to the fact that

Speaker:

there are things beyond this

Speaker:

physical body. And I started to

Speaker:

explore things more with the

Speaker:

universe and spirituality.

Speaker:

And so I've become very curious

Speaker:

over the last decade and love to

Speaker:

share the insights I gained.

Speaker:

Fantastic.

Speaker:

And you Nirmala?

Speaker:

Hi, everyone.

Speaker:

I'm Nirmala and

Speaker:

I'm the founder of Quantum Art

Speaker:

Medicine, and my background is

Speaker:

more on the quantum

Speaker:

sacred geometry.

Speaker:

So when we talk

Speaker:

about sacred geometry is

Speaker:

the reference that I always put in

Speaker:

that I can see individuals sick

Speaker:

of geometry as it is.

Speaker:

And I did

Speaker:

a lot of research studies and

Speaker:

science behind it, and

Speaker:

that's the type of work that I do.

Speaker:

So as a practitioner, I work with

Speaker:

individuals to understand where

Speaker:

is their life force on

Speaker:

their geometries moving forward

Speaker:

or where they are stuck or where

Speaker:

they are unfolding.

Speaker:

So I work and communicate

Speaker:

with sacred geometry to help them to

Speaker:

move forward in life.

Speaker:

Fantastic.

Speaker:

And for those of you that don't know

Speaker:

me, my name's Catherine Edwards.

Speaker:

I like Danielle.

Speaker:

I'm a biologist, and

Speaker:

I'm very much now a holistic health

Speaker:

practitioner. I've had a range of

Speaker:

careers in different industries

Speaker:

over my lifetime, but for the

Speaker:

last 20 years have been very much

Speaker:

concentrating on

Speaker:

holistic health for animals

Speaker:

and humans.

Speaker:

And very much like both of you

Speaker:

two, I really love balancing

Speaker:

the science with the spirituality

Speaker:

side of things, and really just

Speaker:

all looking into anything that's

Speaker:

expanding our consciousness

Speaker:

as humans to make this world

Speaker:

a better place.

Speaker:

So today, looking at

Speaker:

this fantastic subject of

Speaker:

are we being hypnotised as a

Speaker:

collective, it's

Speaker:

a big one. And never, I think,

Speaker:

has it been more relevant in a lot

Speaker:

of people's minds.

Speaker:

Nirmala, what does this mean to you?

Speaker:

Where do you see us as

Speaker:

a society at the moment?

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

We are at a point of time in life

Speaker:

right now. We are witnessing a

Speaker:

significant time for everyone

Speaker:

around the world.

Speaker:

Humanity is questioning their

Speaker:

existence.

Speaker:

So for me, everything

Speaker:

is about geometry.

Speaker:

And the way I look at things is

Speaker:

everything is going through a

Speaker:

Fibonacci sequence.

Speaker:

It's like a reset for me.

Speaker:

So the earth and everything

Speaker:

is going through a reset.

Speaker:

So identifying ourselves

Speaker:

in this process is not easy.

Speaker:

I understand that.

Speaker:

So the word hypnotizing,

Speaker:

is something that has been patterned

Speaker:

in our life from childhood.

Speaker:

So it's a

Speaker:

hypnotic state that can continue

Speaker:

or we can break that hypnotic state

Speaker:

and become un-hypnotised or

Speaker:

de-hypnotised.

Speaker:

So this is

Speaker:

- hypnotisation is more

Speaker:

about a rigorous

Speaker:

repetition of behaviour.

Speaker:

So we tend to repeat

Speaker:

our behaviours again and again

Speaker:

because that's how we've been

Speaker:

programmed.

Speaker:

So is it by programming

Speaker:

the mind to accept a limiting belief

Speaker:

that which is embodied in

Speaker:

a closed circuit system?

Speaker:

So.

Speaker:

So now, if you

Speaker:

girls would ask me the question,

Speaker:

maybe I'll be able to completely

Speaker:

relate to what's happening right

Speaker:

now.

Speaker:

I mean, I think there's so much

Speaker:

happening right now where I

Speaker:

least the way I view things,

Speaker:

there has been so much that's

Speaker:

unfolded over the last several

Speaker:

years. And I've watched within

Speaker:

my own family this

Speaker:

division where it seems like part

Speaker:

of my family is, I

Speaker:

would call it, hypnotised by

Speaker:

what they believe to be the truth

Speaker:

about all that's unfolded.

Speaker:

And then you've got this other

Speaker:

faction that

Speaker:

totally it's like it's like a

Speaker:

one-eighty. Like they look at things

Speaker:

completely differently, but

Speaker:

they also believe that they're

Speaker:

in truth and maybe they're

Speaker:

hypnotised by other facts.

Speaker:

And so it's like this interesting

Speaker:

thing that I'm witnessing in society

Speaker:

where you've got these and seems

Speaker:

like we're getting more and more

Speaker:

polarised and everyone really

Speaker:

is in their own camp believing that

Speaker:

what they know is true and because

Speaker:

of social media, there is also this

Speaker:

like you're getting

Speaker:

fed information that serves

Speaker:

your own viewpoint.

Speaker:

And so a lot of people are like

Speaker:

missing other views and maybe

Speaker:

not realising that they've fallen

Speaker:

into a trance with certain

Speaker:

information that's just been

Speaker:

through repetition put in front of

Speaker:

them. And so I think

Speaker:

what I mean, I always love your

Speaker:

perspective, Nirmala, but I guess

Speaker:

that's what I would ask you, is like

Speaker:

looking at it now, like, why is

Speaker:

that so?

Speaker:

Are we being pushed to awaken?

Speaker:

Like, what is it that's caused

Speaker:

us? I mean, I don't know, maybe I

Speaker:

was just not aware of it earlier in

Speaker:

my life, but it feels so

Speaker:

intense right now and

Speaker:

that it's only building.

Speaker:

I think politics doesn't help the

Speaker:

scenario like everything.

Speaker:

And it's not just in the US, it's in

Speaker:

Australia, it's in the UK.

Speaker:

I mean, it's global.

Speaker:

Yeah, everybody's going through a

Speaker:

process at the moment because the

Speaker:

human ego and coping mechanism

Speaker:

will impact us right as the mind

Speaker:

created and validated

Speaker:

by less and less control over

Speaker:

the personal circumstances.

Speaker:

That means people are feeling like

Speaker:

they don't have any more control

Speaker:

over their lives.

Speaker:

Yeah. You feel like they're being

Speaker:

pulled off or there's no more...

Speaker:

What? It's how I say.

Speaker:

It's like life is a cosmos,

Speaker:

it's like watching a movie.

Speaker:

When you going to see it and forget

Speaker:

it. It's purely entertainment,

Speaker:

right? But then now you're seeing

Speaker:

it and you accepting

Speaker:

it and then you are part of the

Speaker:

movie. So I'm watching a horror

Speaker:

movie. You're going into that aspect

Speaker:

of it.

Speaker:

Now just to start off

Speaker:

it's like, it's not right now

Speaker:

that this is the process we are in.

Speaker:

I think we have this process

Speaker:

from from very early stages, from

Speaker:

from childhood.

Speaker:

We had already been kind of

Speaker:

programmed in our mind, we've been

Speaker:

hypnotised that this is how things

Speaker:

has to be. This is how we're

Speaker:

supposed to you know, if we don't

Speaker:

fall into the checklist, then we

Speaker:

something's wrong with our lives.

Speaker:

Something's not right.

Speaker:

You know, we have to be mirrored

Speaker:

with somebody else.

Speaker:

Like, if they are doing that

Speaker:

and we are not doing this, then

Speaker:

something's wrong with us.

Speaker:

So you can imagine.

Speaker:

And since we only been

Speaker:

in that process and then

Speaker:

something now came in

Speaker:

and we feel like, okay,

Speaker:

now what are we going to do right

Speaker:

now at this process?

Speaker:

So are we are we walking into it or

Speaker:

we are going to stand in it or we

Speaker:

are going to be stepping out of

Speaker:

it? Or we are going to be

Speaker:

witnessing.

Speaker:

So there's so much confusion happens

Speaker:

and then it comes that they

Speaker:

the they feel like this something

Speaker:

they are not doing right because

Speaker:

everyone is doing something and

Speaker:

everywhere they see is something is

Speaker:

happening.

Speaker:

So they find that everybody's

Speaker:

following a sequence.

Speaker:

And I think part of this sequence

Speaker:

is the question they ask.

Speaker:

The understanding is that we

Speaker:

are all geometrically when

Speaker:

you look at it, we all

Speaker:

are kind of...

Speaker:

Within the universal laws.

Speaker:

The universal law govern the

Speaker:

constitute of geometrical law of

Speaker:

nature.

Speaker:

So within this period we

Speaker:

are supposed to go through a certain

Speaker:

specific experience, and that

Speaker:

experience is kind of pulling

Speaker:

you up to stand on the truth

Speaker:

of who you are.

Speaker:

Yep.

Speaker:

Is standing. I'm not only talking

Speaker:

about the world.

Speaker:

I'm not just talking about

Speaker:

just the. The.

Speaker:

The country, the community.

Speaker:

I'm just. I'm not talking about

Speaker:

every single thing, including your

Speaker:

family.

Speaker:

So in every level we have

Speaker:

been hypnotised.

Speaker:

So sometimes when you step out of it

Speaker:

and and you completely go into

Speaker:

this space, but you can understand

Speaker:

you on your true self.

Speaker:

Do I need it?

Speaker:

Is that...

Speaker:

Is this for me?

Speaker:

Is the question you've got to ask

Speaker:

yourself.

Speaker:

Not not many are able

Speaker:

to do it because of the

Speaker:

fear factor.

Speaker:

Right. And there are some

Speaker:

who didn't want to do it is because

Speaker:

of the control factor.

Speaker:

All right. So we've got two teams

Speaker:

here. So when we bring

Speaker:

them into a bridge and then

Speaker:

we say when we ask them to cross.

Speaker:

All of them are going to be

Speaker:

confused.

Speaker:

You know, one has this control space

Speaker:

where they say, no, I'm not going to

Speaker:

do it. The other one will say,

Speaker:

I'm just going to follow what

Speaker:

everybody's doing.

Speaker:

If they want to remove that shell

Speaker:

out of ourselves and then we stand

Speaker:

as the true self in this white,

Speaker:

beautiful as the divine light,

Speaker:

you would be able to understand

Speaker:

what you're seeing.

Speaker:

Is it for you?

Speaker:

Or if it's not, it's like you're

Speaker:

facing the truth yourself.

Speaker:

So understanding the truth is what

Speaker:

is more important.

Speaker:

Every individual is different.

Speaker:

And the truth we are seeing is not

Speaker:

going to match. My truth is not going to be your truth, and your truth is

Speaker:

not going to be mine.

Speaker:

But we have to set boundaries

Speaker:

and where we are standing and where

Speaker:

we are holding ourselves.

Speaker:

You understand?

Speaker:

Are we going to cross this line

Speaker:

right now?

Speaker:

Is it necessary?

Speaker:

Is it for me?

Speaker:

What do you think, Catherine?

Speaker:

It's such a fascinating subject

Speaker:

and there's so much into it.

Speaker:

I've been doing a lot of research

Speaker:

into mass formations

Speaker:

psychosis, and

Speaker:

I will put a link to a really good

Speaker:

video below on that and

Speaker:

also collective consciousness.

Speaker:

So when we're talking about

Speaker:

hypnosis, obviously, again,

Speaker:

a lot of people think of that as an

Speaker:

individual thing where you go for a

Speaker:

hypnotherapy session,

Speaker:

perhaps to quit smoking or

Speaker:

to change some aspect of your life

Speaker:

or get over a fear.

Speaker:

But what you've explained so well

Speaker:

is this this hypnosis that's

Speaker:

happening on a collective

Speaker:

level throughout whole areas

Speaker:

of society.

Speaker:

And also in terms of

Speaker:

the fact that most

Speaker:

of us when, you know, everyone

Speaker:

knows, I think most people listening

Speaker:

to this are aware that, you know, in

Speaker:

the early childhood, 0 to

Speaker:

7, you were in a different brainwave

Speaker:

state where you are effectively

Speaker:

taking on information in the same

Speaker:

way that we use for hypnosis.

Speaker:

And I think what's so fascinating at

Speaker:

the moment, like you

Speaker:

were saying, Danielle, is that the

Speaker:

different areas of the division

Speaker:

and it's so, so strong, it's

Speaker:

never almost been more obvious

Speaker:

because this whole pandemic

Speaker:

situation has brought it to a

Speaker:

forefront where people are

Speaker:

forced to have these conversations

Speaker:

and face these realities because

Speaker:

it's impacting all of our daily

Speaker:

lives. But one of the things I found

Speaker:

so fascinating when I was

Speaker:

looking into the mass formation

Speaker:

psychosis and

Speaker:

I can tell you if it's useful some

Speaker:

of the points associated with that

Speaker:

but to me the big question

Speaker:

is how much of this is

Speaker:

an agenda by world

Speaker:

leaders to achieve a certain

Speaker:

end and how much

Speaker:

is part of the

Speaker:

way humans behave anyway?

Speaker:

And the reason I think that's so

Speaker:

important to understand is not

Speaker:

to go into a victim mentality of

Speaker:

"someone's doing something to us",

Speaker:

but when we understand

Speaker:

the reason behind it, if you know

Speaker:

what the end point is, it's much

Speaker:

easier to snap

Speaker:

out of it or develop tools or, as

Speaker:

you were saying, Nirmala, boundaries

Speaker:

to say, where does your line

Speaker:

in the sand start? Because if you're not aware

Speaker:

that this is being done.

Speaker:

It's very, very difficult.

Speaker:

And going back to your point,

Speaker:

Danielle, about families

Speaker:

being very much ripped apart

Speaker:

on this is I think that's

Speaker:

absolutely crucial because both

Speaker:

sides would not admit that

Speaker:

they're the group that's being

Speaker:

hypnotised.

Speaker:

And this is why I find it so

Speaker:

fascinating, is how do we step

Speaker:

out of it?

Speaker:

What do you feel about that,

Speaker:

Danielle?

Speaker:

Well, I think we all are

Speaker:

being you know, I,

Speaker:

I look at everything like people

Speaker:

you've got sunglasses on and it's

Speaker:

this programming that happened for

Speaker:

us as children.

Speaker:

It's the things that have been put

Speaker:

in. Some people call it your

Speaker:

paradigm, some people call it

Speaker:

programming, but it's like, that's

Speaker:

what's running in our brains all the

Speaker:

time. And so we look at a certain

Speaker:

situation. All three of us could

Speaker:

watch the same thing unfold in front

Speaker:

of us, and all three of us would

Speaker:

have a different interpretation and

Speaker:

reaction to it.

Speaker:

And so you put something on the

Speaker:

world stage like what happened over

Speaker:

the last three years, and it's like

Speaker:

no wonder there have been such

Speaker:

intense things because it's like,

Speaker:

what is the saying?

Speaker:

When you knock a cup of coffee,

Speaker:

like, you know, whatever spills,

Speaker:

like that's what's inside of you.

Speaker:

So when you get knocked, when

Speaker:

there's an obstacle in life or a

Speaker:

challenge, like what spills out

Speaker:

is these patterns.

Speaker:

It's these beliefs that these

Speaker:

insecurities, it's the stuff that's

Speaker:

already in you.

Speaker:

And so then when we have this on a

Speaker:

world stage, like such intense

Speaker:

things happen, it pushed everybody.

Speaker:

And so all this stuff started

Speaker:

spilling out and it got intense

Speaker:

because people were in fear, people

Speaker:

were scared. And so for me, it's

Speaker:

like you can't judge

Speaker:

the other person.

Speaker:

There is no I'm right and you're

Speaker:

wrong because it is their

Speaker:

reality, like the lens

Speaker:

they're looking through.

Speaker:

That's truth.

Speaker:

And if you try and tell them, it's

Speaker:

not like, it's just that the wrong

Speaker:

fight to have, like you're not going

Speaker:

to you're not going to get anywhere.

Speaker:

You're just going to continue being

Speaker:

intense with each other, just blow

Speaker:

up the situation.

Speaker:

So for me, I always just come

Speaker:

back into myself when I say, okay,

Speaker:

well, I have to have compassion

Speaker:

because everybody's on a journey

Speaker:

and their awareness level

Speaker:

is exactly where it's supposed to be

Speaker:

for that soul on that journey.

Speaker:

And this is where it's like, this is

Speaker:

where I love the merger that's

Speaker:

happened in my own world of like

Speaker:

biology and the spiritual

Speaker:

world, because I understand

Speaker:

biologically how we got programmed,

Speaker:

why we interact and react

Speaker:

in certain ways.

Speaker:

And then I saw that, you know, I

Speaker:

just I observed a lot over the last

Speaker:

several years. I was watching what

Speaker:

was happening for

Speaker:

different countries.

Speaker:

Like it was interesting culturally

Speaker:

the response, right.

Speaker:

And when you just you pull out and

Speaker:

you don't take your emotions into

Speaker:

the situation, but you just have

Speaker:

this like observation of it.

Speaker:

It's fascinating to see how these

Speaker:

how this caused different dynamics

Speaker:

to unfold. And, you know, I'm

Speaker:

not immune to it.

Speaker:

I know I have my own limitations and

Speaker:

issues that that get pushed and

Speaker:

pressed in different situations.

Speaker:

But to me, like the point

Speaker:

of our journey individually

Speaker:

and collectively, to me it's to

Speaker:

evolve, to take our awareness

Speaker:

to the next step and

Speaker:

we're like thrown into it.

Speaker:

I don't fully understand.

Speaker:

I think Nirmala has a better

Speaker:

understanding of this, but it's like

Speaker:

Earth has moved, like

Speaker:

we have shifted, and it's cause

Speaker:

I think that's why we're seeing play

Speaker:

out in the world, what we're seeing.

Speaker:

It's because there has been a shift

Speaker:

that's occurred and now you humans

Speaker:

are being asked to shift, like we're

Speaker:

being asked to grow and you have

Speaker:

to take responsibility.

Speaker:

Like you have to go inward, have

Speaker:

compassion for the person next to

Speaker:

you that's on their journey, trying

Speaker:

to figure it out too, and

Speaker:

figure out for yourself like what's

Speaker:

what's the next step?

Speaker:

That's how I look at it.

Speaker:

I think I get overwhelmed when I

Speaker:

look at it on this basis of

Speaker:

thinking, okay, is there some agenda

Speaker:

that's being pushed upon us?

Speaker:

I think, okay, well, maybe

Speaker:

there is, but I know that I'm

Speaker:

incredibly powerful.

Speaker:

I'm connected to the infinite.

Speaker:

And so if I want to create change,

Speaker:

I can buy into that.

Speaker:

And to me, that's a source of fear.

Speaker:

You know, I would be scared if I

Speaker:

thought I agreed with that.

Speaker:

So I pull away from that and I say,

Speaker:

okay, well, I'm powerful, so what

Speaker:

can I offer?

Speaker:

Well, I can offer people's own

Speaker:

individual awareness and

Speaker:

consciousness to be lifted through

Speaker:

sharing stories

Speaker:

of what I've been through and what

Speaker:

others have. So that's how I

Speaker:

look at it. And I think, you know,

Speaker:

everybody gets drawn into different

Speaker:

things, but that's where I go with

Speaker:

it.

Speaker:

That's beautiful.

Speaker:

So yeah.

Speaker:

So when I was doing my

Speaker:

PHD, there was a lot of case studies

Speaker:

that I came across and it was like I

Speaker:

look at the pattern and I was doing

Speaker:

it in a beautiful time.

Speaker:

Yeah, that was the specific time I

Speaker:

was in the thought, in the space,

Speaker:

listening to all of these things.

Speaker:

And the interesting thing, and

Speaker:

as you have mentioned it, Danielle,

Speaker:

is that

Speaker:

everybody's going through...

Speaker:

they are shuffling, right.

Speaker:

So it is not just an individual

Speaker:

human experience, even though it is

Speaker:

it, is a collective human experience

Speaker:

that came through.

Speaker:

Right, its because of the shift of

Speaker:

the earth.

Speaker:

And we speak about it a lot.

Speaker:

Yes. So when the shift happens,

Speaker:

the experience comes.

Speaker:

Not everybody's ready to say,

Speaker:

okay, I'm going to graduate now.

Speaker:

I'm learning from this thing,

Speaker:

I'm going to jump. No, it's not

Speaker:

going to happen.

Speaker:

Every individual, every

Speaker:

community, every state, every

Speaker:

country, you know, has

Speaker:

got their own geometrical sequence,

Speaker:

you know, and they've got their own

Speaker:

influences that's happening in that

Speaker:

space.

Speaker:

So each personality

Speaker:

has to work within their

Speaker:

personality.

Speaker:

So it's like when you're looking at

Speaker:

it, it's like you have a toxic

Speaker:

in your body right now.

Speaker:

That's a toxic entity, your body.

Speaker:

What happens, the impurity

Speaker:

has to get out somehow.

Speaker:

So the only way it can do it is by

Speaker:

creating a disease.

Speaker:

Then we got alarm saying that

Speaker:

you've got a disease and then we try

Speaker:

to do whatever it needs to

Speaker:

to get that disease out of it.

Speaker:

And not everybody's going to be

Speaker:

coming out and saying...

Speaker:

It all depends on the geometry

Speaker:

again, their personality of the

Speaker:

geometry that not everybody

Speaker:

is a fighter.

Speaker:

Some of them will just give up.

Speaker:

I've got a disease, that's it.

Speaker:

They keep repeating it like a

Speaker:

pattern.

Speaker:

The hypnotisation you're talking

Speaker:

about, you've been hypnotised.

Speaker:

They keep repeating, I got this

Speaker:

disease. I have it, I have it.

Speaker:

I acknowledge I've got pain here.

Speaker:

I've got this. I've got that.

Speaker:

And they keep dwelling

Speaker:

in that space and hold themselves in

Speaker:

that space that they don't want to

Speaker:

come up.

Speaker:

Well, there are individuals

Speaker:

who have a very strong

Speaker:

understanding of how the geometry

Speaker:

is not pulling them.

Speaker:

They will step out of it and

Speaker:

understand that I have to

Speaker:

do something now.

Speaker:

I have to go beyond my body.

Speaker:

I have to go beyond my mental body

Speaker:

of consciousness to now come

Speaker:

out of it, to understand that

Speaker:

this is, this is not the truth.

Speaker:

The minute they understand, they

Speaker:

come up, they are they are becoming

Speaker:

you know...

Speaker:

It's like in the physical lab.

Speaker:

But the brain is like a elasticity

Speaker:

that enables to attract

Speaker:

and repel human intelligence and

Speaker:

there they are now clicking to their

Speaker:

human intelligence because their

Speaker:

higher consciousness as down as

Speaker:

downwardly, part of the plan.

Speaker:

So once they reach to the

Speaker:

state of self-awareness,

Speaker:

you know, you will become very

Speaker:

conscious of your body.

Speaker:

You know, what needs to come in,

Speaker:

what needs what you shouldn't put in

Speaker:

and what needs to come out.

Speaker:

Right.

Speaker:

So you can even control what's

Speaker:

coming in.

Speaker:

You will be able to do it the minute

Speaker:

you come into a state of awareness

Speaker:

and you understand consciousness.

Speaker:

You will become the mind, body and

Speaker:

environment.

Speaker:

That means you'll be in control of

Speaker:

that. You will set boundaries

Speaker:

in the way that you want it to

Speaker:

be.

Speaker:

Just like giving an example, we are

Speaker:

talking about this on a very

Speaker:

collective consciousness in a very

Speaker:

much in a huge, massive space,

Speaker:

but even in a family environment,

Speaker:

when you look at it, when you pull

Speaker:

yourself out, somebody is very

Speaker:

toxic.

Speaker:

And they actually do something

Speaker:

to you all the time.

Speaker:

And and you feel like

Speaker:

you you have to go through the

Speaker:

process all the time because

Speaker:

that's your pattern. And that's

Speaker:

that's how even hypnotised.

Speaker:

Family. This is how you supposed to

Speaker:

hold it. This is how we're supposed-

Speaker:

no matter what they do, how

Speaker:

much lies or how much blame comes

Speaker:

in, you hold yourself because

Speaker:

it's family.

Speaker:

True, it is family.

Speaker:

It is a unit.

Speaker:

Yeah. Within that unit

Speaker:

you can separate and you can detach.

Speaker:

You can do it if you want to.

Speaker:

You set boundaries.

Speaker:

Yeah.

Speaker:

There's a hurricane coming in.

Speaker:

You don't jump into the hurricane

Speaker:

and join them. Do you?

Speaker:

No!

Speaker:

You try to move away.

Speaker:

You try to. You don't hide yourself.

Speaker:

You try to protect yourself.

Speaker:

That is what I meant by boundaries.

Speaker:

The minute you do that, you are

Speaker:

coming out of the hypnotised state,

Speaker:

you are understanding that you

Speaker:

are protecting yourself.

Speaker:

You are in a separate space.

Speaker:

You are kind of now grounding

Speaker:

yourself to understand

Speaker:

what is needed for you and what is

Speaker:

not.

Speaker:

You are making the decision by your

Speaker:

truth.

Speaker:

What do you think?

Speaker:

Catherine?

Speaker:

I love it.

Speaker:

I mean, I forget who said it, but

Speaker:

someone famous said, if you think

Speaker:

you're spiritually involved, spend

Speaker:

a week with your family and then see

Speaker:

how you get on.

Speaker:

Then this is what's so fascinating.

Speaker:

You know, in all of our discussions,

Speaker:

it comes back to the same thing

Speaker:

is we have to work on ourselves

Speaker:

and go inwards because,

Speaker:

you know, if we don't do that,

Speaker:

we're just in a state of reacting

Speaker:

to everything around us.

Speaker:

Now, what I find so fascinating

Speaker:

with, say, my level of awareness

Speaker:

that I've got to, over the last

Speaker:

five or six years, probably a lot

Speaker:

longer, but it's really come to

Speaker:

the surface in that time,

Speaker:

is understanding

Speaker:

the importance of

Speaker:

how we conduct ourselves.

Speaker:

So you're never going to get an

Speaker:

opinion across if you're pushing it

Speaker:

across in a highly emotional state.

Speaker:

So the more that we can work

Speaker:

on ourselves, work on our own,

Speaker:

inner peace, as you said before,

Speaker:

Danielle, you know, we take our

Speaker:

energy with us everywhere we

Speaker:

go.

Speaker:

We talk a lot about energy and

Speaker:

vibration in the spiritual

Speaker:

community, but

Speaker:

what does that actually mean?

Speaker:

But I think also having this...

Speaker:

I'm balancing that personally

Speaker:

with the awareness of how

Speaker:

important it is, is

Speaker:

if something is really resonating

Speaker:

with you in terms of a purpose and

Speaker:

you feel very important, that it is

Speaker:

speaking out about

Speaker:

it to do it. Because when you look

Speaker:

at some of the characteristics

Speaker:

of the mass formation psychosis,

Speaker:

I'm just going to run through, is

Speaker:

the number one.

Speaker:

First one is 'social isolation'.

Speaker:

And when I look through this list,

Speaker:

I can see how clearly...

Speaker:

These have been put into place well

Speaker:

in advance of, say,

Speaker:

the last three years to prepare

Speaker:

everyone. So socialisation

Speaker:

is number the one thing.

Speaker:

The next thing is making people

Speaker:

feel that they haven't got meaning

Speaker:

in their life. And there's so many

Speaker:

surveys that have been done all

Speaker:

over, and I think it's something

Speaker:

ridiculous, like, way less

Speaker:

than 30% of people when they

Speaker:

were interviewed, this was a huge

Speaker:

study, that said that

Speaker:

they had no meaning in their job.

Speaker:

They didn't feel that they knew what

Speaker:

their purpose was in life,

Speaker:

lack of meaningful relationships

Speaker:

and lack of socially being socially

Speaker:

connected.

Speaker:

The next one, which I found

Speaker:

absolutely fascinating because I

Speaker:

haven't heard it explained so well,

Speaker:

and I will put the link to the video

Speaker:

that explains all this below,

Speaker:

is free floating anxiety.

Speaker:

Now, when I

Speaker:

grew up, Nirmala and I we're the

Speaker:

same age almost exactly.

Speaker:

And Nirmala when we grew up,

Speaker:

I want to hear how your experience

Speaker:

was.

Speaker:

For me anxiety was not

Speaker:

something that was widely spoken

Speaker:

about...

Speaker:

When I see younger people

Speaker:

now, it's

Speaker:

so top of so many people's

Speaker:

reality of this level of

Speaker:

anxiety and what they how they

Speaker:

describe free floating anxieties

Speaker:

is sometimes it's very natural

Speaker:

for us to be anxious.

Speaker:

So if we're being chased by a lion

Speaker:

or an aggressive dog or,

Speaker:

you know, someone's trying to attack

Speaker:

you, of course you're going to feel

Speaker:

a high level of anxiety.

Speaker:

But a lot of people in society now

Speaker:

are feeling anxiety and they can't

Speaker:

pinpoint the cause of it,

Speaker:

which is what they call this free

Speaker:

floating anxiety.

Speaker:

And then the next one was forming

Speaker:

a new kind of social bond.

Speaker:

So breaking the social bond

Speaker:

between individual and individual,

Speaker:

which is also largely related

Speaker:

to people not having intimate

Speaker:

relationships with each other

Speaker:

and forming a new kind of social

Speaker:

bond with the individual and

Speaker:

this "acceptable

Speaker:

form of citizenship".

Speaker:

And then the last one was always

Speaker:

involves some form of ritual which

Speaker:

informs some sort of sacrifice

Speaker:

to the individual.

Speaker:

Now, when I looked at this and I

Speaker:

thought, okay, how do I apply

Speaker:

that in terms of...

Speaker:

What can I do to control

Speaker:

my behaviour?

Speaker:

It's all about awareness...

Speaker:

Once you know that,

it's the good old saying:

once you

it's the good old saying:

see it, you can't unsee it.

it's the good old saying:

So this is why I think education

it's the good old saying:

and awareness is speaking about

it's the good old saying:

these things as much as we're

it's the good old saying:

actually allowed to is so key.

it's the good old saying:

Because if you want to set good

it's the good old saying:

boundaries, which I agree with you,

it's the good old saying:

Nirmala 100% is absolutely

it's the good old saying:

at the crux of everything,

it's the good old saying:

that you do need awareness of some

it's the good old saying:

of these things. Oh, there's a a nother pussycat arrived. Coco, come

it's the good old saying:

on darling, there's not room for two

it's the good old saying:

of you. Danielle's got a Coco too.

it's the good old saying:

I do.

it's the good old saying:

So, I find it really, really

it's the good old saying:

fascinating about bringing it

it's the good old saying:

back always to what can we do

it's the good old saying:

as individuals.

it's the good old saying:

And as you were saying, Danielle,

it's the good old saying:

about how powerful we are to control

it's the good old saying:

our external circumstances,

it's the good old saying:

but then also making sure

it's the good old saying:

that... we're Keeping aware

it's the good old saying:

and curious of what is going

it's the good old saying:

on, Because if you're not aware of

it's the good old saying:

manipulation as an adult,

it's the good old saying:

how we are still continually being

it's the good old saying:

hypnotised, it's very difficult

it's the good old saying:

for you to then recognise and do

it's the good old saying:

something about it.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah.

it's the good old saying:

No, it's very true.

it's the good old saying:

And I think, you know, the way that

it's the good old saying:

life unfolds, it's to me,

it's the good old saying:

it's unfolding in a way to wake you

it's the good old saying:

up to what you're hypnotised by.

it's the good old saying:

Because if you're not learning the

it's the good old saying:

lesson, you're going to continually

it's the good old saying:

just run into things.

it's the good old saying:

And I think the anxiety people are

it's the good old saying:

feeling.

it's the good old saying:

It's interesting. I had a teacher.

it's the good old saying:

I'm all about analogies.

it's the good old saying:

It just makes things

it's the good old saying:

click in my brain.

it's the good old saying:

So she said the example of running

it's the good old saying:

from a tiger. Right.

it's the good old saying:

Which is like the quintessential

it's the good old saying:

example. Okay, I'm in fear.

it's the good old saying:

I'm in fight or flight.

it's the good old saying:

I've got anxiety.

it's the good old saying:

Well, she said in the modern world,

it's the good old saying:

what's happened is that we opened

it's the good old saying:

the door for this tiger and we just

it's the good old saying:

let it sit in the room with us

it's the good old saying:

because we have, you know,

it's the good old saying:

things coming on through television,

it's the good old saying:

things coming through social media,

it's the good old saying:

things coming from family members,

it's the good old saying:

things coming from friends, things

it's the good old saying:

happening at work. Like we're

it's the good old saying:

inundated with so much information

it's the good old saying:

that is, it

it's the good old saying:

can like fear sells, right?

it's the good old saying:

So it's just it's easier to talk

it's the good old saying:

about things that are more intense

it's the good old saying:

because it's engaging.

it's the good old saying:

It's like it does engages like, oh,

it's the good old saying:

my gosh. I think we're just like,

it's the good old saying:

I don't know why we're all

it's the good old saying:

programmed that way, but we are - it

it's the good old saying:

pulls us in.

it's the good old saying:

And I was talking with a friend,

it's the good old saying:

she said her kids don't want to

it's the good old saying:

drive.

it's the good old saying:

I'm 34.

it's the good old saying:

Okay, so getting my licence

it's the good old saying:

was like, I'm waiting

it's the good old saying:

like, let's go.

it's the good old saying:

I'd save money to buy a car.

it's the good old saying:

I mean, it was like I was ready to

it's the good old saying:

drive and she said, No, Danielle,

it's the good old saying:

it's like a thing these days.

it's the good old saying:

Kids don't want to drive.

it's the good old saying:

They're so anxious about what's

it's the good old saying:

going to happen because they've just

it's the good old saying:

been instilled with all of

it's the good old saying:

the problems that could occur,

it's the good old saying:

you know, when they get behind the

it's the good old saying:

wheel. And I thought, holy cow,

it's the good old saying:

like, again, some sort of like

it's the good old saying:

hypnosis these kids are under and

it's the good old saying:

I don't know where it's coming from,

it's the good old saying:

so I have no idea.

it's the good old saying:

But it's it just it seems to be

it's the good old saying:

around enough that like the tiger

it's the good old saying:

sitting in the room all the time.

it's the good old saying:

And then you add on top of that

it's the good old saying:

the way that social media feeds us

it's the good old saying:

things.

it's the good old saying:

You know, my newsfeed looks very

it's the good old saying:

different than my boyfriend's

it's the good old saying:

newsfeed. And it's always so

it's the good old saying:

interesting

it's the good old saying:

to look at the two and go, wow,

it's the good old saying:

like, no wonder that's always on

it's the good old saying:

your mind and this is always on my

it's the good old saying:

mind. Like it's being fed to us.

it's the good old saying:

So what I, what

it's the good old saying:

I have difficulty with and maybe you

it's the good old saying:

too, you two are quite strong.

it's the good old saying:

Like I appreciate having you

it's the good old saying:

around as role models because

it's the good old saying:

to me you're both, you're clear

it's the good old saying:

with your boundaries.

it's the good old saying:

Like I, it's been something

it's the good old saying:

that I've had to learn to get clear

it's the good old saying:

with because I think I have this.

it's the good old saying:

Like I don't if it's a fear of

it's the good old saying:

rejection or like I don't want to

it's the good old saying:

upset somebody or whatever.

it's the good old saying:

Like there's something within me

it's the good old saying:

that gets very nervous about saying

it's the good old saying:

like, "No,

it's the good old saying:

and I'm going this way", and

it's the good old saying:

it's not meant to hurt your feelings

it's the good old saying:

or whatever. Like, I have a hard

it's the good old saying:

time with it.

it's the good old saying:

And so the last, I don't know,

it's the good old saying:

several years

it's the good old saying:

I've been gaining my voice there.

it's the good old saying:

I've been practising that.

it's the good old saying:

I've been removing myself from

it's the good old saying:

situations that don't serve me, but

it's the good old saying:

creating that boundary.

it's the good old saying:

To me, it's like easier

it's the good old saying:

said than done, which might sound

it's the good old saying:

ridiculous, but maybe some of you

it's the good old saying:

with me feel the same way.

it's the good old saying:

And it's just I found

it's the good old saying:

it very difficult.

it's the good old saying:

So, like,

it's the good old saying:

I know your answer is going to be

it's the good old saying:

you just do it. But like, how do you

it's the good old saying:

do it? Because there is

it's the good old saying:

like Catherine, I see what you did.

it's the good old saying:

Like you started to watch what was

it's the good old saying:

going on and you've started this

it's the good old saying:

channel. To bring awareness,

it's the good old saying:

to have conversations

it's the good old saying:

to allow people to kind of bounce

it's the good old saying:

around with different thoughts that

it's the good old saying:

resonate with you.

it's the good old saying:

And I mean, what a powerful thing to

it's the good old saying:

do. Like, that's woah,

it's the good old saying:

like, that's big to put yourself out

it's the good old saying:

there like that. And I just think

it's the good old saying:

how do you muster that sort of

it's the good old saying:

strength within or like cut the

it's the good old saying:

feeling of what it's going to do to

it's the good old saying:

somebody else?

it's the good old saying:

So that's where...

it's the good old saying:

That's where the rubber meets the

it's the good old saying:

road with what we're talking about,

it's the good old saying:

right? It's like you have the

it's the good old saying:

self-awareness, but then you do have

it's the good old saying:

to get into action to start

it's the good old saying:

clearing your life out.

it's the good old saying:

I'm going to be so fascinated to

it's the good old saying:

come to Nirmala in a minute.

it's the good old saying:

Because in your sacred geometry, you

it's the good old saying:

see through this. But I would like

it's the good old saying:

to just say briefly before we come

it's the good old saying:

to you Nirmala, it's just that for

it's the good old saying:

me, it's been such a long,

it's the good old saying:

hard road and something

it's the good old saying:

I practise every day because

it's the good old saying:

I am such an empath.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah.

it's the good old saying:

And it's a standing joke.

it's the good old saying:

I've got a twin sister and we're

it's the good old saying:

different as chalk and cheese and

it's the good old saying:

right from since I was tiny,

it's the good old saying:

I've always taken on other people's

it's the good old saying:

issues, other people's problems.

it's the good old saying:

And it's something I'm still very,

it's the good old saying:

very much working on.

it's the good old saying:

But I had to start a channel because

it's the good old saying:

none of my friends and family would

it's the good old saying:

speak to me.

it's the good old saying:

So I got a global community because

it's the good old saying:

honestly the level I was ostracised.

it's the good old saying:

But one thing that really

it's the good old saying:

made a difference to me and...

it's the good old saying:

Now I don't distinguish between my

it's the good old saying:

two legged children and my four

it's the good old saying:

legged children, I never have.

it's the good old saying:

So I felt like this before.

it's the good old saying:

I had human children.

it's the good old saying:

When you are a mother, or you have

it's the good old saying:

responsibility for something else

it's the good old saying:

in your life...

it's the good old saying:

For me, everything changes

it's the good old saying:

because if you've got

it's the good old saying:

a child, let's take an easy example,

it's the good old saying:

a human child rather than all my

it's the good old saying:

furry children, if you've got a

it's the good old saying:

human child, you're making decisions

it's the good old saying:

for that child way

it's the good old saying:

before they're even born.

it's the good old saying:

You're making decisions about what

it's the good old saying:

you eat in pregnancy, your stress

it's the good old saying:

levels, your lifestyles,

it's the good old saying:

what you're going to do with all

it's the good old saying:

sorts of medical interventions,

it's the good old saying:

the birth, if you're lucky enough to

it's the good old saying:

have a choice.

it's the good old saying:

You know, all sorts of things.

it's the good old saying:

So it's

it's the good old saying:

a fascinating thing where

it's the good old saying:

now I know what I know about the

it's the good old saying:

hypnotic state of under seven

it's the good old saying:

year olds I probably would have

it's the good old saying:

parented very differently to my

it's the good old saying:

children, my husband and I joke

it's the good old saying:

that we've just got a big counselling

it's the good old saying:

fund for them.

it's the good old saying:

But I think this is the thing

it's the good old saying:

about the boundaries for me

it's the good old saying:

it's a daily trial and error but

it's the good old saying:

there's some things about- my view

it's the good old saying:

on life is...

it's the good old saying:

I would never forgive myself

it's the good old saying:

if I said something

it's the good old saying:

that could have made a difference to

it's the good old saying:

someone's life.

it's the good old saying:

You know, that... Unfortunately

it's the good old saying:

history, regardless of how

it's the good old saying:

much we believe what we've been told

it's the good old saying:

in our narrative at all.

it's the good old saying:

But there are some important

it's the good old saying:

lessons.

it's the good old saying:

And to watch someone

it's the good old saying:

being a sacrificial lamb

it's the good old saying:

and not giving them an alternative

it's the good old saying:

narrative so that they could

it's the good old saying:

make an informed choice- because I

it's the good old saying:

don't know whether some of my

it's the good old saying:

opinions are right, I've changed my

it's the good old saying:

mind so many times with

it's the good old saying:

new information that's come in

it's the good old saying:

that's made me change, made some

it's the good old saying:

quite drastic change in

it's the good old saying:

what I thought my truth was, as you

it's the good old saying:

said, Nirmala.

it's the good old saying:

But equally,

it's the good old saying:

keeping quiet and

it's the good old saying:

not allowing other people

it's the good old saying:

another point of view to

it's the good old saying:

me isn't an option because

it's the good old saying:

that can have devastating

it's the good old saying:

consequences.

it's the good old saying:

And then you've got to live with

it's the good old saying:

that. I mean, Nirmala, you see

it's the good old saying:

so much through the geometry

it's the good old saying:

with people at an individual level,

it's the good old saying:

don't you, and a collective level

it's the good old saying:

with this?

it's the good old saying:

Of course I do.

it's the good old saying:

It's very interesting listening to

it's the good old saying:

both of you it's beautiful.

it's the good old saying:

And coming back

it's the good old saying:

to the statement again where it's

it's the good old saying:

about the truth, it's accessing the

it's the good old saying:

truth from within and without.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah.

it's the good old saying:

And as you are doing that, you're

it's the good old saying:

communicating with your highest

it's the good old saying:

vibration, the true experience,

it's the good old saying:

of the eternal senses and

it's the good old saying:

coherence

it's the good old saying:

with the inner vibration of

it's the good old saying:

your heart, connecting to your

it's the good old saying:

higher consciousness.

it's the good old saying:

Now, when you are looking at

it's the good old saying:

things in that in that way, as you

it's the good old saying:

say, childhood, motherhood,

it's the good old saying:

family, you know, and all these

it's the good old saying:

things, you are very consciously

it's the good old saying:

aware that that's an experience

it's the good old saying:

that you are allowed to be sucked

it's the good old saying:

into. So you are going through

it's the good old saying:

that experience and you did

it's the good old saying:

speak about anxiety on children,

it's the good old saying:

young people, massive

it's the good old saying:

suicides

it's the good old saying:

that happened.

it's the good old saying:

That's still happening.

it's the good old saying:

It',s because they are lost as you

it's the good old saying:

mentioned

it's the good old saying:

Catherine, you know we are the same

it's the good old saying:

age.

it's the good old saying:

During our time, we climb

it's the good old saying:

trees. We did a lot of things.

it's the good old saying:

We always on the bushes and land and

it's the good old saying:

forest and then we come back home.

it's the good old saying:

We did a lot of things.

it's the good old saying:

Not that I had very good childhood,

it's the good old saying:

but anyway, you know,

it's the good old saying:

we had a huge responsibility.

it's the good old saying:

You know, at age eight or nine, we

it's the good old saying:

are supposed to do some things at

it's the good old saying:

home by ourselves.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah.

it's the good old saying:

So, so many things that we were able

it's the good old saying:

to do a very natural, very natural

it's the good old saying:

state.

it's the good old saying:

But when you look at the frequency,

it's the good old saying:

even though we were all so much in

it's the good old saying:

that space, frequency was a bit

it's the good old saying:

on that space was a bit more

it's the good old saying:

shallow, a bit lower.

it's the good old saying:

But when the earth started

it's the good old saying:

moving a little bit more further,

it's the good old saying:

like it started shifting,

it's the good old saying:

you really see the type of children

it's the good old saying:

who are being born.

it's the good old saying:

Things are very different,

it's the good old saying:

especially right now, very

it's the good old saying:

different, you know the young people

it's the good old saying:

are very different.

it's the good old saying:

And because they come in, in

it's the good old saying:

that open and very much in the

it's the good old saying:

higher frequency space, it's

it's the good old saying:

like locking them

it's the good old saying:

in, completely shadowing

it's the good old saying:

them and putting them into a

it's the good old saying:

box is not going to work.

it's the good old saying:

On our days, they could have boxed

it's the good old saying:

us any time we were easy,

it's the good old saying:

it could have been done, right.

it's the good old saying:

But now things are different

it's the good old saying:

in saying that even in our days, we

it's the good old saying:

were so rebellious.

it's the good old saying:

There's a lot of things that we say

it's the good old saying:

no to.

it's the good old saying:

You know, I still remember at the

it's the good old saying:

age of ten, I'm saying no to my

it's the good old saying:

parents, for something that the

it's the good old saying:

other two is doing.

it's the good old saying:

But I'm saying no to me, you know,

it's the good old saying:

better rebellious.

it's the good old saying:

We had our nature stuck in as well.

it's the good old saying:

So with the young people who come

it's the good old saying:

in, who are not adapting

it's the good old saying:

is because the frequency is still

it's the good old saying:

rising in the earth, so we're

it's the good old saying:

still raising our, our vibration

it's the good old saying:

and so the frequency is

it's the good old saying:

still rising and they,

it's the good old saying:

they are really in that level

it's the good old saying:

and then for that to drop

it's the good old saying:

is very difficult and that's the

it's the good old saying:

reason they're getting anxiety.

it's the good old saying:

When I see individuals who come in

it's the good old saying:

front of me, when I access

it's the good old saying:

the geometry, the beautiful

it's the good old saying:

part that these children or these

it's the good old saying:

young people,

it's the good old saying:

you know, meant to develop into

it's the good old saying:

is amazing looking at it.

it's the good old saying:

But then they are stuck.

it's the good old saying:

They are in a box they have put

it's the good old saying:

themselves into and then

it's the good old saying:

they didn't kind of lock

it's the good old saying:

themselves with nails.

it's the good old saying:

They just put, you know, screws all

it's the good old saying:

around them.

it's the good old saying:

It's just letting go of those

it's the good old saying:

screws, so that they can get

it's the good old saying:

themselves out.

it's the good old saying:

It's about that. That's about it.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. But they are very confused

it's the good old saying:

because the

it's the good old saying:

majority, that means the majority

it's the good old saying:

of, of what

it's the good old saying:

they're seeing right now, is saying

it's the good old saying:

that, you know, you this is

it's the good old saying:

what you are meant to do.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. This is how you are meant to

it's the good old saying:

be. This is what you're going to do

it's the good old saying:

and this is how it is.

it's the good old saying:

There's a pattern that's being

it's the good old saying:

pushed to them and they cannot work

it's the good old saying:

the pattern.

it's the good old saying:

They cannot be hypnotised.

it's the good old saying:

They cannot be hypnotised, the young

it's the good old saying:

people who are coming in,

it's the good old saying:

the young babies, the child who are

it's the good old saying:

being born now, it's not easily, you

it's the good old saying:

can hypnotise they go, yes, yes,

it's the good old saying:

yes. But they do something else,

it's the good old saying:

you know. And parents are telling me

it's the good old saying:

that, you know.

it's the good old saying:

I remember a parent sharing with me

it's the good old saying:

about a two year old.

it's the good old saying:

You know, I'm telling her to pick

it's the good old saying:

the bottle.

it's the good old saying:

She goes there and she goes all the

it's the good old saying:

way is showing that to the mom that

it's the good old saying:

she's going to pick the bottle, but

it's the good old saying:

she, you know, tiptoe and

it's the good old saying:

then that she gets there, you know,

it's the good old saying:

of stumbling and getting there.

it's the good old saying:

And then she put her hand away.

it's the good old saying:

Now she's not going to pick it up,

it's the good old saying:

you know.

it's the good old saying:

And she's saying all I ask her to do

it's the good old saying:

is to pick up the bottle.

it's the good old saying:

Why can't she do it?

it's the good old saying:

It's because they have their own

it's the good old saying:

self. They they are not going to be

it's the good old saying:

in agreement with what is happening

it's the good old saying:

around because they come

it's the good old saying:

here with a mission and they are

it's the good old saying:

going to complete the mission.

it's the good old saying:

As parents, we all have done our

it's the good old saying:

part. We have been open about

it's the good old saying:

it. We have allowed them to now

it's the good old saying:

to move into the space because

it's the good old saying:

it's their here experience.

it's the good old saying:

So with anxiety, when I'm

it's the good old saying:

looking at geometries.

it's the good old saying:

It's like sometimes I'm seeing the

it's the good old saying:

same geometry in the same focus,

it's the good old saying:

but the different personality

it's the good old saying:

that interacts, that makes it

it's the good old saying:

difficult for them.

it's the good old saying:

All right. So depending on what

it's the good old saying:

personality geometry they are

it's the good old saying:

holding is making things difficult

it's the good old saying:

for them. Actually, the door is wide

it's the good old saying:

open, it's just allowing them

it's the good old saying:

to see the other side clearly.

it's the good old saying:

That's about it.

it's the good old saying:

And it happens like that.

it's the good old saying:

Whether it's for young people or

it's the good old saying:

adults or, you know, whoever it is,

it's the good old saying:

it's just letting them to see the

it's the good old saying:

path very clearly.

it's the good old saying:

And it's like when I say

it's the good old saying:

accessing the truth from within and

it's the good old saying:

without, you know, it's like

it's the good old saying:

they have to go within

it's the good old saying:

and without being attached to any of

it's the good old saying:

these things.

it's the good old saying:

You can be you can be in this

it's the good old saying:

world without being attached to

it's the good old saying:

anything, without being attached

it's the good old saying:

to or listening to any of those

it's the good old saying:

things that are happening around

it's the good old saying:

you. You can live your life

it's the good old saying:

in the same space with everybody

it's the good old saying:

else, but having the best out of it.

it's the good old saying:

Okay. But don't forget, we are all

it's the good old saying:

here to witness this experience.

it's the good old saying:

So we are here to experience

it's the good old saying:

this. And that's the thing, it's happening

it's the good old saying:

right in front of us.

it's the good old saying:

Right. So those who

it's the good old saying:

are in their journey will

it's the good old saying:

move forward, and those who can't

it's the good old saying:

are going to be staying in this

it's the good old saying:

space because it is their experience

it's the good old saying:

and we have to respect that.

it's the good old saying:

And in that experience, there will

it's the good old saying:

be a learning. There will be a

it's the good old saying:

turning point.

it's the good old saying:

Some people take a longer time,

it's the good old saying:

some a short period of time.

it's the good old saying:

You just have to allow that.

it's the good old saying:

That's it.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah.

it's the good old saying:

The more we try to jump in and pull

it's the good old saying:

them out, what happens?

it's the good old saying:

They're pulling us inside.

it's the good old saying:

We tried to be trapped inside and

it's the good old saying:

then we'd be jumping

it's the good old saying:

would be screaming.

it's the good old saying:

We'd be struggling.

it's the good old saying:

We'd get so angry because we are in

it's the good old saying:

that space with them.

it's the good old saying:

So and that's the same matter

it's the good old saying:

for family.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. We are born together, you

it's the good old saying:

know, we do things together,

it's the good old saying:

we did things together.

it's the good old saying:

But the vibration they're holding is

it's the good old saying:

more on the blame.

it's the good old saying:

They don't want to take the blame.

it's the good old saying:

They don't want to take the guilt.

it's the good old saying:

That goes for family,

it's the good old saying:

that goes for the high level as

it's the good old saying:

well. Nobody wants to take the

it's the good old saying:

blame, nobody wants to

it's the good old saying:

ride on the guilt.

it's the good old saying:

So what they do, the minute you

it's the good old saying:

try to

it's the good old saying:

find out the truth, they

it's the good old saying:

try to pull you into the false

it's the good old saying:

self.

it's the good old saying:

They try to pull you in it.

it's the good old saying:

You know.

it's the good old saying:

And I always tell this

it's the good old saying:

story to Danielle about the house

it's the good old saying:

with the giant, you know,

it's the good old saying:

a small house that,

it's the good old saying:

you know, there's a family living in

it's the good old saying:

a small, tiny house and

it's the good old saying:

there's a whole community that's

it's the good old saying:

around them.

it's the good old saying:

But just because one person crosses

it's the good old saying:

the bridge and comes to this house

it's the good old saying:

and then tell a story that there's a

it's the good old saying:

giant in that house, everybody

it's the good old saying:

starts believing there's a giant

it's the good old saying:

inside that house.

it's the good old saying:

Okay. Even though they have not seen

it's the good old saying:

and they didn't even use the

it's the good old saying:

intelligence to see how can a giant

it's the good old saying:

fit into this tiny house?

it's the good old saying:

But the family in that house is so

it's the good old saying:

happy.

it's the good old saying:

They are living the joyful,

it's the good old saying:

harmonious life.

it's the good old saying:

But the external world

it's the good old saying:

is thinking that they are having the

it's the good old saying:

worst scenario.

it's the good old saying:

Because someone

it's the good old saying:

has done the story because they

it's the good old saying:

don't want to be blamed.

it's the good old saying:

They don't want to take the

it's the good old saying:

responsibility.

it's the good old saying:

So they throw this into

it's the good old saying:

the whole community or the people or

it's the good old saying:

the family.

it's the good old saying:

So everybody thinks

it's the good old saying:

that it's a giant in this house.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. And then he keeps going.

it's the good old saying:

But the people who are living in

it's the good old saying:

that tiny, small house is

it's the good old saying:

not...

it's the good old saying:

They're not attached to any of these

it's the good old saying:

things. They're not interested in

it's the good old saying:

this story because they know they

it's the good old saying:

are living the fullest.

it's the good old saying:

They don't care what's happening

it's the good old saying:

outside because they know

it's the good old saying:

they are living the fullest.

it's the good old saying:

They are living their true selves.

it's the good old saying:

So that's about it.

it's the good old saying:

They are looking after everything.

it's the good old saying:

They are taking care of everything.

it's the good old saying:

They are very connected to nature.

it's the good old saying:

They are connected to life.

it's the good old saying:

They are connected to love.

it's the good old saying:

And that's how they live.

it's the good old saying:

It doesn't matter what's happening

it's the good old saying:

outside.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. So that's what

it's the good old saying:

I meant by...

it's the good old saying:

That's what I meant by boundaries is

it's the good old saying:

very important, even in such chaos

it's the good old saying:

that you would have been through,

it's the good old saying:

catherine would have been through,

it's the good old saying:

within families, you know, and I

it's the good old saying:

would have been through, is always

it's the good old saying:

setting boundaries by not going

it's the good old saying:

and telling them that I'm going to

it's the good old saying:

set a boundary.

it's the good old saying:

You set the boundary, there and

it's the good old saying:

then, and remove yourself, they will

it's the good old saying:

know.

it's the good old saying:

Because this is not going to work,

it's the good old saying:

because a truth is being

it's the good old saying:

blocked here and I'm not going to be

it's the good old saying:

part of it.

it's the good old saying:

And I'm going to remove myself.

it's the good old saying:

You can just live in

it's the good old saying:

your circle, in the

it's the good old saying:

temporary illusion that you

it's the good old saying:

want to live, in is fine.

it's the good old saying:

And you can just remove yourself.

it's the good old saying:

Yeah. Well, that is one way to do

it's the good old saying:

it. I mean, I think about...

it's the good old saying:

So in that scenario, talking about

it's the good old saying:

that, I would think like, well,

it's the good old saying:

wouldn't I want to set it right and

it's the good old saying:

let everybody know that thinks that

it's the good old saying:

there is a giant in that house?

it's the good old saying:

Wouldn't I want to go tell them

it's the good old saying:

like, hey, you're actually wrong,

it's the good old saying:

there is no giant.

it's the good old saying:

Like, here's the truth,

it's the good old saying:

you know, and you think about all

it's the good old saying:

that. I mean, just what's been

it's the good old saying:

unfolding in the world, it's like

it's the good old saying:

there is a part of you that like

it's the good old saying:

goes... Well, is it my space

it's the good old saying:

too? Like, or is it my place?

it's the good old saying:

And am I supposed to?

it's the good old saying:

And do I have a responsibility

it's the good old saying:

on the larger collective level if

it's the good old saying:

I'm seeing something that's

it's the good old saying:

incorrect, to step in and

it's the good old saying:

say that?

it's the good old saying:

And it's interesting

it's the good old saying:

because I feel like that's a losing

it's the good old saying:

battle. Like, I look at this

it's the good old saying:

example, is so simple.

it's the good old saying:

So I'm in this house and I'm like,

it's the good old saying:

well, that's a lie, like there's no

it's the good old saying:

giant here.

it's the good old saying:

I think that they're not here, you

it's the good old saying:

know? But to go out and say that...

it's the good old saying:

These people already believe it.

it's the good old saying:

And so you're just you're getting

it's the good old saying:

into this intellectual

it's the good old saying:

battle, you will lose and it's going

it's the good old saying:

to be exhausting for you.

it's the good old saying:

But then, you know, if it was,

it's the good old saying:

I get lost here

it's the good old saying:

because I feel like I see what

it's the good old saying:

you're saying, but it's very hard to

it's the good old saying:

apply when it's something where...

it's the good old saying:

You know, it's more intense than a

it's the good old saying:

giant, right. It's like we

it's the good old saying:

were talking the other day when we

it's the good old saying:

were speaking with Gurudev, like,

it's the good old saying:

well, what about the situation that

it's the good old saying:

happened with the Nazis and this

it's the good old saying:

roundup of the Jewish population?

it's the good old saying:

At what point do you stop and say,

it's the good old saying:

well, what they're touting in is not

it's the good old saying:

truth about these people, you know,

it's the good old saying:

and when do you do something?

it's the good old saying:

It, just because...

it's the good old saying:

You know what I'm saying? Like, where

it's the good old saying:

is the line?

it's the good old saying:

I understand where you can

it's the good old saying:

remove yourself and therefore you're

it's the good old saying:

not giving energy to it.

it's the good old saying:

But then you just from that space

it's the good old saying:

where you remove yourself from

it's the good old saying:

from it, do you try and make

it's the good old saying:

change? Do you try and create or

it's the good old saying:

do you just worry about your own

it's the good old saying:

self and your own peace?

it's the good old saying:

Like because we are all collectively

it's the good old saying:

connected. So I think it gets

it's the good old saying:

murky for me like right here.

it's the good old saying:

Can I jump in on that one?

it's the good old saying:

Yes,

it's the good old saying:

of course.

it's the good old saying:

I'll tell you why.

it's the good old saying:

So everyone is going to have a

it's the good old saying:

different feeling on this and

it's the good old saying:

everyone is going to have a

it's the good old saying:

different level at which they feel

it's the good old saying:

they need to jump in and take

it's the good old saying:

action, is my take on it.

it's the good old saying:

So we were talking, Nirmala,

it's the good old saying:

in the interview with Gurudev about

it's the good old saying:

the Nazis as an example.

it's the good old saying:

Now again, regardless of what

it's the good old saying:

was true, we know one thing

it's the good old saying:

that history has taught us.

it's the good old saying:

I believe, my

it's the good old saying:

truth, that history has taught us

it's the good old saying:

this, is the fact that

it's the good old saying:

the most dangerous people in

it's the good old saying:

societies, I think, people that

it's the good old saying:

watch something, an atrocity

it's the good old saying:

happen, and do nothing.

it's the good old saying:

So there's been studies done that

it's the good old saying:

show that if, say, a woman is

it's the good old saying:

walking down a busy street and is

it's the good old saying:

attacked, the most dangerous

it's the good old saying:

place for her to be attacked is

it's the good old saying:

where there's quite a few people,

it's the good old saying:

because everyone would assume that

it's the good old saying:

someone else will do something about

it's the good old saying:

it.

it's the good old saying:

Someone, a woman's walking down the

it's the good old saying:

street and she's attacked and

it's the good old saying:

there's just one other person that

it's the good old saying:

one other person knows it's them or

it's the good old saying:

nothing and are much more likely

it's the good old saying:

to step in.

it's the good old saying:

Now for me, we are

it's the good old saying:

social beings and this is why I

it's the good old saying:

would take it back to the

it's the good old saying:

definitions I read after the mass

it's the good old saying:

formation psychosis, because

it's the good old saying:

when you try and break those

it's the good old saying:

social bonds which are absolutely

it's the good old saying:

essential to any species

it's the good old saying:

surviving, at the crux

it's the good old saying:

of it, in our hearts,

it's the good old saying:

in our solar plexus, whichever one

it's the good old saying:

you want to choose, we've

it's the good old saying:

all got a difference of what is

it's the good old saying:

inherently the laws of nature, right

it's the good old saying:

or wrong for us, what is acceptable

it's the good old saying:

to be a good citizen.

it's the good old saying:

And energetically,

it's the good old saying:

if we truly believe

it's the good old saying:

there's atrocities being

it's the good old saying:

done, which personally

it's the good old saying:

I do at the moment,

it's the good old saying:

and I sit back and do nothing.

it's the good old saying:

Then for me, my purpose

it's the good old saying:

is useless. You know, if I'm a

it's the good old saying:

if I'm a leader of a Wolfpack

it's the good old saying:

or if I'm part of a wolfpack

it's the good old saying:

and I see a hunter, it's my duty

it's the good old saying:

to warn the rest of the pack.

it's the good old saying:

Otherwise, one of my pack mates is

it's the good old saying:

going to be killed.

it's the good old saying:

And that's how I see those

it's the good old saying:

situations.

it's the good old saying:

So there's a big difference to me

it's the good old saying:

in terms of personal

it's the good old saying:

opinions that aren't

it's the good old saying:

putting individuals at

it's the good old saying:

significant risk.

it's the good old saying:

Or changing the

it's the good old saying:

look of society

it's the good old saying:

as we know it or what it means to be

it's the good old saying:

humans.

it's the good old saying:

So I do genuinely

it's the good old saying:

believe that everyone has the right

it's the good old saying:

to live their life as others.

it's the good old saying:

But when you go right back to

it's the good old saying:

I think they call it the laws of

it's the good old saying:

nature, it's not even common law

it's the good old saying:

it's below, that the natural

law:

do no harm.

law:

So if your decisions

law:

are not causing harm to others,

law:

I believe you have the right to live

law:

your life as you want.

law:

But what we're saying, my

law:

belief and my reality of whether

law:

I'm hypnotised, of what I'm seeing

law:

at the moment, is that a

law:

lot of the decisions that are

law:

being forced on people

law:

actually can do harm.

law:

So if other people want to make

law:

a decision that is just related

law:

to them, their lives, their body,

law:

absolutely brilliant, and you go

law:

for it, you have the right to do

law:

whatever you want.

law:

But I do not feel they have the

law:

right to make me do something

law:

that I inherently feel

law:

is damaging or could stop me

law:

reproducing or whatever.

law:

Does that make sense?

law:

Of course, yeah.

law:

So yeah, definitely.

law:

So what you're saying is that

law:

you are going to protect yourself.

law:

You're going to protect whoever

law:

was going to trust you and you're

law:

going to be truthful to them.

law:

Yes.

law:

So the word is, again, is now

law:

boundaries and trusting now.

law:

So you've got to the person has to

law:

trust you to understand

law:

why you are then, what you are

law:

trying to do for them.

law:

Yeah.

law:

But if you are trying

law:

to help them and they

law:

are pushing you away, saying that

law:

you are destroying them, alright,

law:

or whatever it is, then

law:

we have to understand, it's just

law:

like again back to

law:

the house with the giant.

law:

Yeah.

law:

They say

law:

there's a huge...

law:

Danielle mentioned there's a tiger

law:

or lion going free,

law:

and this person comes out of the

law:

house and is telling people, you

law:

know, come into my house it's safe.

law:

You know, I'm able to accommodate.

law:

I can help you with this.

law:

Yeah.

law:

They have to trust and enter your

law:

house because in their mind, you

law:

have the giant in your house, it's

law:

even worse than having a tiger

law:

because a giant is going to eat me.

law:

So you have to understand,

law:

even with that, there's boundaries,

law:

you can say what you want to say, if

law:

they are not listening, they

law:

cannot... Precisely like what you

law:

said, Catherine.

law:

It's their journey and I'm not

law:

saying you can't say it, but

law:

you cannot go around knocking every

law:

door trying to say that you

law:

are going to save everybody's life.

law:

Because then it's

law:

like you are,

law:

you are kind of

law:

helping them, at the same time you

law:

are going to be weakened because

law:

then they are not going to trust

law:

you. Every door opens and slam

law:

at you. You are going to be sad.

law:

You're going to be angry.

law:

There's a lot of things will happen

law:

within.

law:

That's

law:

fundamentally not what I was saying, though. I'm 100%

law:

in agreement with you,

law:

but what I'm saying is they don't

law:

have a right

law:

to try

law:

and force me to do something

law:

that's going to put me into the

law:

giants mouth. That's the difference.

law:

So I don't have a right to stop them

law:

making their choice.

law:

But there comes a stage

law:

in society...

law:

It's just such an obvious one to

law:

keep coming back to - the Nazis.

law:

That if enough people say nothing,

law:

this is the consequence of the

law:

actions and it reaches

law:

a critical mass where

law:

however good...

law:

So if you were a Jew in that stage

law:

that reaches a critical mass,

law:

where wherever your boundaries are.

law:

You can't necessarily save yourself.

law:

Yeah.

law:

Because you haven't

law:

stopped what was seen.

law:

Enough people haven't had the guts

law:

to stand up and see what's coming.

law:

So, you know, the difference

law:

between people making

law:

decisions for their own life

law:

but is not having a negative

law:

impact, which is a hard one anyway,

law:

because how can we live in a modern

law:

life without having and having a

law:

negative impact on the earth?

law:

But that's a different discussion.

law:

But to, equally...

law:

Going back to what you were saying,

law:

Danielle, about how it is so

law:

difficult for people to know what is

law:

your boundaries. This is why I would

law:

take it back to the inner work and

law:

say.

law:

When you do that inner work

law:

and really tune in with yourself,

law:

that survival instinct kicks in.

law:

Is this something that

law:

is against the natural law

law:

of do no harm to others,

law:

that means that if I don't take

law:

action now, the consequences

law:

could suddenly be at a stage, then

law:

I don't have a choice to take action

law:

at a later date.

law:

I'm kind of agreeing with you

law:

at the same time...

law:

I, I,

law:

I'm not disagreeing.

law:

I'm not saying I disagree.

law:

I don't mind if you do!

law:

I'm kind of agreeing.

law:

I agree with you.

law:

Definitely in human space,

law:

anybody... If something's happening

law:

wrong in front of you, you have to

law:

jump and save. And that's normal.

law:

But it's like, you know,

law:

with the animals and all of that, if

law:

anything, anybody's doing any harm

law:

to an animal.

law:

If it's happening right in front of

law:

me, of course I'm going to jump and

law:

stop.

law:

And sometimes when somebody send me

law:

in social media pictures of animals

law:

being abused and all that,

law:

I'll get so mad that I'll tell

law:

them that is

law:

something that I don't- I know it's

law:

happening around the world.

law:

I don't have to know that because

law:

I'm not there to help them.

law:

I cannot help them because I'm

law:

not there.

law:

Yeah, but then what's

law:

the other thing that I do is

law:

immediately I go into the process of

law:

sitting down and sending light

law:

to the whole earth, like every

law:

morning. And this has been something

law:

that I've been practicing every day,

law:

you know, every day.

law:

Everything

law:

just resonates with love, you know,

law:

shift it, change it, you know,

law:

whatever that is, and protect all

law:

these voiceless, protect all these

law:

children, protect these animals,

law:

or putting them in the beautiful

law:

white bubble of protection.

law:

That I can do.

law:

Yeah, I do what I can do.

law:

But what is happening in front of

law:

me, if I can have a say, I say

law:

if I don't have to do it, I don't

law:

have to.

law:

But I totally agree with

law:

you. Something's damaging happening

law:

right in front of you...

law:

I'm there to support or protect.

law:

Whatever it is that's there.

law:

But something that I can't see

law:

is happening and then is

law:

just like the Jewish and the Nazis

law:

you're talking about.

law:

There would have been thousands and

law:

thousands of people who will be

law:

trying to support, including

law:

within the Nazis.

law:

There would have been people who

law:

would have been trying to help them.

law:

We have we have heard of that story

law:

as well.

law:

It is for the human experience

law:

the whole thing has happened.

law:

It is the human experience that's

law:

of that time. Yeah.

law:

So it is a damage that

law:

has happened. But that damage was

law:

also created by the universe for a

law:

reason.

law:

Yeah.

law:

So what about experience we are

law:

going through at this moment is to

law:

see the bigger picture of it.

law:

Is to resonate, no matter

law:

what's happening around, if you

law:

resonate with love.

law:

You are the saviour.

law:

And that's how i feel.

law:

You are the Saviour.

law:

You are saving everything and

law:

everyone, not just the victims.

law:

You also saving those who are also

law:

doing things that get things so

law:

right and they're doing it.

law:

You can also shift their mind.

law:

You know it's to go to that higher

law:

consciousness, to bring that

law:

to bring to bring that.

law:

And then we are also hearing about

law:

it. Yeah, we are also hearing

law:

about it the way the

law:

earth as this has risen right now

law:

is more like you can see

law:

that the truth is now getting

law:

clearer and clearer.

law:

They are people who was so against

law:

certain things are now saying...

law:

No and coming into agreement with

law:

you, you know, after

law:

some period of time.

law:

So we have to give them the time

law:

because it's a learning experience.

law:

I'm not saying that you don't do

law:

anything.

law:

You do exactly what you're doing.

law:

It is still a message.

law:

It's still getting out there.

law:

Yeah, but you don't get yourself

law:

trapped in that, that you will be

law:

placed into a box because

law:

the energy's vibrating and don't

law:

drop into that energy.

law:

That's what I'm trying to say.

law:

Yeah. So if it is a black cloud

law:

and it is like a

law:

big black hole in that space,

law:

everybody's just walking around it.

law:

Don't join them stay in your space

law:

and do what exactly you need to do

law:

so you can navitage them into the

law:

right direction.

law:

That's fantastic.

law:

So, but not going

law:

so close to that, that somehow or

law:

other you drop into that hole with

law:

them, right?

law:

I'm not talking about you Catherine,

law:

I'm talking in general.

law:

So you have to understand where you

law:

are. Again, I don't like to bring

law:

the bigger picture, but you know,

law:

the microcosm and macrocosm

law:

all comes in together within the

law:

macrocosm, the microcosm. The microcosm,

law:

is inside it in geometric.

law:

Yeah. So if you're looking at a

law:

family unit, you know how toxic

law:

these people are and how what

law:

they're doing and how, you know,

law:

within a family, how, you know, they

law:

create a story and they make it a

law:

false, false self.

law:

And then and to blame someone

law:

to push everything to somebody else,

law:

you know, somebody who's there

law:

who's supporting them and has always

law:

been there for them.

law:

Yeah. And then they push everything

law:

to them and then they make

law:

all these things because they don't

law:

want to blame themself there' a

law:

guilty in the.

law:

Yeah.

law:

I would make sure, you

law:

know, if I were you, I'll just go in

law:

and I'd voice-up.

law:

I mean to everyone, I would

law:

just voice up. And if I see that

law:

they're not listening.

law:

But they're dragging me into it,

law:

that means I'm changing myself

law:

from this Zen, to

law:

becoming the violence or whatever

law:

it is.

law:

That's about time for me to move out

law:

of it. Because it's not working,

law:

because this is how they want to be.

law:

And that's not a place for me.

law:

I've already done my part, but I'm

law:

removing myself right now.

law:

And when I remove, I really remove,

law:

I want to cross that, because

law:

this experience, has already told

law:

me, the geometry that I've seen

law:

has already told me there's a lot of

law:

learning needs to happen in that

law:

environment.

law:

So it's not for me.

law:

I love it.

law:

I love it.

law:

I think, I'm quite conscious of the

law:

time. I'd love to hear from

law:

both of you.

law:

So, I think we're all in agreement.

law:

There's a lot of hypnosis going on

law:

at the moment.

law:

I think that's pretty clear.

law:

So...

law:

Let's go round and see your top

law:

tips for, you've

law:

already mentioned some, Nirmala, but

law:

there'll be more, what people can

law:

do right here, right now

law:

to make sure they're not

law:

falling into this trap again.

law:

Do you want me to say something?

law:

Go for it, Nirmala and then we'll go to Danielle. Yeah, yeah.

law:

So I think being consciously...

law:

Being aware is what is very

law:

important.

law:

You know, there's a...

law:

There's a lot of awakening

law:

happening. You're already awakening

law:

since you're born in this world.

law:

So, finding out your mission,

law:

the perception of your energy

law:

frequency, listening

law:

to your thought process, the clarity

law:

of the thought with clear

law:

intentions, what do you want to see

law:

in front of you? How you want to see

law:

your family, how you want to see

law:

your community?

law:

You want to see your...

law:

The world, the country, the state.

law:

You know all of this is in your

law:

thought. You know,

law:

the thought is what is...

law:

What you think is what you become.

law:

I always mention this.

law:

Yeah.

law:

So the thought is something that's

law:

playing in your mind.

law:

So having that certainty,

law:

that concrete thought process

law:

is very important.

law:

Ask if this thoughtstory is

law:

congruent with

law:

the energy...

law:

Or the energy you project, is what

law:

you will receive, you know.

law:

So create a story that's

law:

beautiful, a mystical story,

law:

keep creating in your thought.

law:

Whenever you are seeing something,

law:

whenever you're hearing something,

law:

remove it and completely go into the

law:

aspect of this beautiful geometry

law:

with the kaleidescope put this

law:

imagination in, you

law:

create a beautiful geometry with a

law:

kaleidoscope that keeps going in,

law:

like a heart process is coming in

law:

and you having this beautiful story

law:

for this world.

law:

If everyone can do that,

law:

we go 100 degree shift.

law:

Yeah. Hypnosis.

law:

I think for me it's it's first

law:

realising, right, if you're

law:

listening to this conversation, it's

law:

got to get you thinking like, huh,

law:

let me observe myself and see where

law:

I might be coming from patterns.

law:

Or you just start to look at what

law:

the inputs are in your world that

law:

are programming you.

law:

It all started with me with trying

law:

to figure out what sunglasses I had

law:

on, you know?

law:

And I just I just look and see,

law:

well, where am I getting triggered

law:

and what's happening?

law:

And, you know, why am I looking at

law:

this differently and then trying to

law:

remove them in the way that I remove

law:

them is through meditation, just

law:

sitting down and remembering I'm

law:

more than my mind.

law:

I'm more than all of these

law:

programmes that are running and as

law:

Nirmala just so beautifully

law:

articulated, I can actually create

law:

from within. And so it's just

law:

again having to remind yourself of

law:

that because we get so stuck

law:

in our own thoughts and then stuck

law:

in our own mind.

law:

And it's,

law:

it's not everything.

law:

Turns out you're a lot more than

law:

that. And so when you can drop

law:

into that space through meditation

law:

and get into your, your true being,

law:

you can unlock where you've been

law:

hypnotised and you can open up to

law:

the truth of who you are and allow

law:

so much more to expand from you.

law:

And it's all perspective.

law:

So that's how I look at it.

law:

Everything that you two have just

law:

said. And I think one

law:

of the key tips from me is making

law:

sure every single day you remove

law:

yourself from technology

law:

and you get out in nature, whatever

law:

you've got. I don't mind whether

law:

it's, you know, if

law:

you're in the middle of the city or

law:

in the middle of the countryside, we

law:

can all do something to go back

law:

out and connect because

law:

this...

law:

The society that most of

law:

us live in now with us is this

law:

constant, constant input

law:

that doesn't allow you to go inside

law:

and listen to yourself.

law:

So, I like both of you, I'm

law:

a big fan of meditation

law:

and Danielle and I've got some

law:

lovely meditations on the two

law:

Gurudev interviews that's on all

law:

of our channels plus

law:

more. But I think also

law:

it's...

law:

Taking a good look, as you say,

law:

when you're reacting, what your

law:

triggers are, breathing,

law:

really connecting in with your

law:

breath to calm everything down.

law:

Because when you can just make

law:

that 5 second pause instead

law:

of reacting straight away

law:

to whatever the situation is,

law:

unless you're about to be eaten by

law:

that giant, then react quickly.

law:

Don't wait 5 seconds.

law:

But for the other situations, just

law:

putting that pause in,

law:

in the situation can transform

law:

it. Because then instead of snapping

law:

straight into reactive mode,

law:

you're then making a conscious

law:

choice of how you react.

law:

So as I say to people, if

law:

I'm rude to anyone now,

law:

it's a deliberate choice.

law:

So you can be aware of that.

law:

But no, I love it.

law:

There's so much we can all do.

law:

And the final thing I would

law:

say is just Enjoy

law:

life, you know, introduce that

law:

humour, introduce

law:

the fun, find something that gives

law:

you joy, because

law:

what is the point if you're not

law:

going to enjoy the journey, whatever

law:

might be happening in our external

law:

world, we're here to enjoy this

law:

journey. And learn from it.

law:

Absolutely, Catherine.

law:

Thank you so much you two, I could literally

law:

talk to you all night, but it is

law:

almost the middle of the night here.

law:

Any final words you want to leave us

law:

with, Nirmala?

law:

Just

law:

understand that you are a sacred

law:

geometry. You're not separate from

law:

that. Understand that you

law:

are love within.

law:

You know, whatever is happening

law:

in front of you is just an

law:

experience for you to understand

law:

and learn we're on a learning

law:

journey. We are always learning,

law:

so just resonate with love.

law:

Open your mind, open your thought,

law:

open your feelings of who you really

law:

are and express yourself.

law:

The expression is really important

law:

at this very moment, so

law:

always feel the ease and

law:

the love within yourself and shower

law:

everybody with love.

law:

And you all are here...

law:

We all are here for a good

law:

experience, from the human

law:

experience and we are collective

law:

consciousness.

law:

We are no different from one

law:

another. Always believe that.

law:

Always remember that.

law:

Yeah. And then as

law:

Danielle and Catherine say, go

law:

into the consciousness.

law:

Meditation is the best space

law:

and nature's the best place to be

law:

in just going into this and

law:

going into the space and being

law:

in oneness with the universe,

law:

just try doing that every time.

law:

When you think that you will have no

law:

space to move away from

law:

or walk away from, you know, go

law:

within yourself.

law:

You will find yourself.

law:

Oh, beautiful.

law:

I'm sorry. I would just add, if you

law:

have questions, like for me

law:

listening to these two talk.

law:

It just it kicks up scenarios in my

law:

own mind. It kicks up questions in

law:

my own mind. I just invite you all

law:

in the comments, write your

law:

questions.

law:

Maybe there are certain specific

law:

situations that you're like, I don't

law:

understand how to apply what you're

law:

saying here or what to do with this.

law:

And that's where we can jump on and

law:

help. And that's what it's all

law:

about. That's the community we want

law:

to create and we collectively want

law:

to help everyone move forward in

law:

their own life.

law:

I love it.

law:

Absolutely love it.

law:

I love that suggestion.

law:

Please do put your questions below.

law:

And then when we reconvene again,

law:

we can go through some of those

law:

because that's the way I learn as

law:

well, is just by, you know,

law:

finding out, asking people, how

law:

would you handle this and then

law:

applying it and then

law:

taking the feedback, whether it goes

law:

well or not and learning from that.

law:

So thanks everyone who's listened to

law:

this tonight, I hope you've enjoyed

law:

it as much as we have and

law:

all the contact details for how you

law:

can find Nirmala and Danielle,

law:

as usual, below together

law:

with the playlists of the other

law:

podcasts we've done together.

law:

Thanks so much, everyone.
